When we upgrade our identity, it immediately changes our behaviors. It immediately changes how we show up in a room, show up in our home, show up at the grocery store, show up at work, show up in our business. All of these things immediately change once we adopt this new identity. So here's how the exercise goes. It's really simple. Take just a few minutes and write down the identity and the characteristics of the ideal person that you want to be. Give this person a name that can be even more helpful. And identify clearly what the behaviors of this person would be, what the characteristics of this person would be. And in that character, I want you to walk through your home and identify if the things that are in your home actually align with this new identity or not. Go through your pantry, go through your fridge, go through your supplement cabinet, go through your bedroom. Okay. And identify if you are actually set up for success in this new identity or set up for failure. Once you've adopted this, you will instantly start to see all the opportunities that lay ahead of you. Many of these opportunities are going to be simple things, things that you just need to get rid of or eliminate or donate altogether. Sometimes it's going to be things that you need to invest in, but it'll be very clear to you because you will be aligned with this new identity makes such a huge difference. And when you ask the right questions of yourself and you start holding yourself accountable to this new identity, watch the amazing, simple transformation and permanent transformation that takes place for you.
