Sachin Patel (speaker) gives a short energetic tip advising viewers to stop overthinking when sharing their message because thinking—especially imagining others' reactions—consumes large amounts of mental energy and often prevents people from putting their message out. He urges focusing on what you have to say and what the world needs to hear, then start sharing it.

Hey, friend, it's Acha and I want to share an energy saving tip with you. So, one of the things that we do that requires a ton of energy is thinking. Our brain is our most metabolically active tissue. So when we're trying to think about what we're going to say, how we're going to put our message out there in the world, that requires a lot of energetic bandwidth. Now, when we start thinking about what other people are going to think about what we have to say now, we're at least doubling the amount of energy that's required to put anything out there in the world. In fact, we're probably tripling, quadrupling, or even 10xing the amount of energy that we put into something that we're going to do if we're so hung up on what other people have to say or think, because our imagination can totally run wild. And eventually what it does, it actually stops us from putting our message out there in the world. So stop overthinking. Get focused on what you have to say, what the world needs to hear from you, and start putting it out there.
