Short excerpt from a YouTube video by Sachin Patel (uploaded Feb 6, 2023) advocating that business coaching should be paired with a community of like-minded peers. He argues a community provides shared experience, accountability, inspiration, and value alignment, and that community alongside coaching is underrated.
Yeah. And one other thing I would say that, you know, kind of goes along with business coaching is you want to make sure that you also have a community. So what should come along with coaching is community of people who are on a similar journey as you. So that you have not just one person that's guiding you, but you have hundreds, if not thousands of years of experience within that community that can hold space for you, that can inspire you, that can hold you accountable, that resonates with you, that shares the same values as you. So I would say just a little ad lib here is that business coaching and definitely community is underrated.
