Hi my friends. I wanted to hop on here and remind you, especially as the weather is getting nice, is to get outside and get in sunshine at least two to three times a day. Even if it's just for a few minutes, it's extremely beneficial for your health. Getting sunlight exposure helps with resetting our circadian rhythm and therefore helps with getting a better night's sleep. It also helps with our immune health because of all the wonderful benefits that the sun provides us in terms of optimizing our vitamin D levels. And it also helps with our metabolism because the sun is a source of energy. So it helps with our metabolism as well. So that and so many more benefits. But just a quick reminder to get outside and get at least five minutes of sunlight exposure a few times a day. Thanks everyone. Bye for now.
