New Patient Challenge: Day 4 - What?

Sachin Patel leads a live YouTube session teaching healthcare practitioners how to attract new patients by combining emotional work (storytelling, vulnerability, and the three C’s: courage, confidence, clarity) with practical technical systems. He introduces a "mic, stage, message" framework, describes necessary tools (lead magnets, CRM like ActiveCampaign or Kartra, scheduler/EHR Practice Better, payment processors), and gives content strategy guidance (YouTube long-form repurposed into microcontent). The session includes audience Q&A about platforms, ads, and implementation and closes with an invitation to join a paid mentorship community.

Good morning. I hope you're doing amazing. In fact, I trust you're doing amazing today. Thank you for joining me today. Our topic of discussion is going to be what what do you need to do to attract your next five patients? What are the tools that you need? What is the mindset that you need? What are some of the aspects that you need in order for you to be maximally successful? So, as always, I would love to start off with a little bit of gratitude. So go ahead and type in for me what you're grateful for. And I'd also invite you to share what your biggest takeaway has been so far. What have you learned about yourself, about your mission, about your message so far that inspires you to take meaningful action? Go ahead and type that into the chat as we let everyone get settled into today's discussion. Share your biggest takeaway so far. Maybe it's discovering your story. Maybe it's realizing the value of what you have to offer to the world. Perhaps it's understanding the necessity of why what you do is so important. All right, so keep that coming in. I want you to switch gears and get into a state of creation, creativity. Make sure you have your notebook handy as well, Okay? So we have lots to be grateful for. And of course, I want you to also share your biggest takeaway so far. Excellent. Keep those coming. Your story is one of the most powerful tools that you have as part of your marketing strategy. A lot of times we think it's so much more complicated than that when it in reality isn't and doesn't have to be. Now, somebody asked in the group, you know, what if my story is, you know, makes me feel too naked, if you will. Right. Well, there's layers to it, right? Just like an onion. We can peel back as much of our story and vulnerability as we feel comfortable with. You may not feel comfortable right away exposing yourself, if you will, and being extremely vulnerable. You might feel comfortable amongst friends, amongst loved ones. It might be hard to be vulnerable amongst people who you don't know. So use your judgment, right? And that's part of being a good entrepreneur, is knowing your audience and making good decisions in real time. So you might even go in thinking that you're going to bear it all or share it all and realize that this isn't the right place for that. However, some of the most successful people are the most vulnerable people that I know because it strips away all judgment. It strips away what anyone could possibly say about them. A good example of that is my friend Joe Polish. And Joe Polish is very open about how he was sexually abused as a child, how he was, you know, hopped up on drugs, how he was free basing cocaine. And guess what? That doesn't. That actually gives you permission to be more vulnerable, because there's pretty much nothing you could say to this guy that's going to make him judge you. Right. There's nothing that I could say to him that I've done in my life that would make me feel judged by him. So I feel comfortable around him because I feel like he can understand me without judgment. Okay. And that's something that certainly the world needs more of right now. Right. We're constantly feeling judged by others. We're feeling judged by society. And so if we can feel comfortable, if others can feel comfortable around us, there's healing in that. Would you agree that there's healing in being able to be yourself and be vulnerable and be comfortable with who you are and allowing others to be the same? Yeah. We want people to feel like they can tell us anything without judgment, and we have to create a safe container and space for that to happen. And that also needs to come through in our messaging as well. Ibi says telling my story in a way frees me of holding on to a certain way of being. Yeah. At the end of the day, we're all human. And there's never been a more important time to be human than now. I would say. Okay, so share your vulnerability. It'll feel more comfortable as you go through the process, and you'll also feel more comfortable in certain audiences. However, what will happen is you'll look back and be like, wow, that was the most powerful thing that I could have done for myself is be vulnerable and share my story and get it all out there. Because many times we feel like imposters. And the energy of an imposter is somebody who's not going to put themselves out there. The energy of an imposter is somebody who is going to feel like they have to carry themselves a certain way that's inauthentic to who they are. We just have to assume that eventually people will discover who we truly are. And it's better that that happens sooner than later in the journey. Okay, so everyone with me on that. Some of us could really benefit from being in the community of others who can accept them as they are. Right. Many times, especially as healthcare practitioners, we're often judging ourselves. Right. In fact, I had a client just recently, and one of his biggest concerns was his family doesn't take him seriously. You know, one of My mentors, Mike Koenigs, who's an extremely success, successful entrepreneur, said that you can never be a prophet in your own home. So we never want to let the opinion of. Of others who know us, you know, since we were a child, who might know us as the class clown, who might know us as the person that screwed up once or dropped the ball when you passed it to them. We don't want those people to shape who we are today, the opinion of those people, okay? So one of the things that we have to make sure is, you know, that we are putting ourselves out there in our most authentic self. The most power that you will achieve is when you are your most authentic self. That's the most powerful position to be in your. You're confident, you're certain, you demonstrate growth. Right? Which is what everyone wants. So create a Persona of somebody who's not going to judge others. Right? And, you know, listen, I'm not perfect at this. You know, a lot of times, the guidance and advice that I give you is guidance that I need myself. Okay? So we can all hold each other accountable to this and create space in our online worlds or in our in person worlds that allow people to be more vulnerable around us. Because if people can let their guards down, that's one major, major form of healing. A lot of people's stress and tension and anxiety and, you know, autonomic dysfunction is associated to them not being able to fully and authentically express themselves. How many people do you think go to the doctor's office and feel intimidated? Many people have never been able to share their own story, and it's one of the most liberating things that you can do and allow for your clients to do. Okay. All right. So what does it take to get your message out there in the world? What does it take to get your next batch of new patients? And not just the next five, but the next hundred, the next 500, the next thousand patients. And it really starts with understanding who we are. Okay? We attract who we are. And there's some key things that we need in order to, you know, evolve ourselves personally and then also express ourselves authentically. So the first thing we need is we need courage, right? It takes courage to do what we do. What you do is not simple. It's not easy. I don't want to discount it. Right. I didn't say five easy ways to get new patients, Okay? Because each of us is fighting a battle that many of us may not even know. Some of us are still struggling for the approval of our parents. Some of us are struggling for the approval of our peers. You're so worried about what your peers are going to say or what your friends and family are going to say, or people who will never do business with you are going to say that it stifles your growth. Okay? My friend and mentor Diane Solano said, never, never take advice from people who you wouldn't trade places with. Never take advice from people you wouldn't trade places. So ask yourself, are you taking advice or allowing the opinion of others who you wouldn't trade places with? Shape your reality. So we need courage, right? To put our message out there, especially with the strong gusts of winds that seem to be coming our way in the natural health world, we need courage. And of course, we need confidence. Now where does that confidence come from? That confidence comes from knowing who we are, but it also comes from knowing what we're capable of. And the third thing that we need is clarity. You have to be clear in what you do. People have to understand clearly what it is that you offer to them. What does it mean if I hire people, say, Carrie, what does that, what does that mean? What am I going to receive? Am I going to live longer? Am I going to get rid of my digestive issues? Is my skin going to clear up? Is my hair going to grow back? What is it that I'm going to receive working with you? So that needs to be very clearly articulated. Now, where does our confidence come from? Right. Our confidence comes from knowing what our offer is capable of accomplishing for people, Right? So many times we have to become a product of our product. How many of you can confidently say that you are a product of your product? Awesome. Again, I can't see all of you on camera, so just go ahead and type in yes. If you're a product of your product, Amazing. So people should want that, right? And your confidence should exude that. Are you a product of your product? And here's the thing. You know, I hired Michael Jordan's coach a couple of years ago, Tim Grover. And one of the main things that I learned from him is that there's always another level. So no matter where you are, there's always another level. You evolve, your product evolves, your services evolve, your message evolves. So don't feel like you have to have it done perfectly. Now, one thing I also learned, most importantly is that people who want to play at a world class level, they all have a coach. You know, when I was young, I used to wonder, why do they give the coach so much credit? Why Does Tim Jackson get so much credit? Michael Jordan's the one out there dribbling the basketball. And here's the thing. It's because the coach helps us find our blind spot. And now what I've realized is that there's one thing that's more powerful than coaching. Does anyone know? Can anyone guess? It starts with a C. Something that's more powerful than coaching. See if you can guess this. Caring. Well, that's good. That's a good one. Courage, caring, commitment. Well, you're all part of it right now. It's community. Community is the new coach. And interestingly enough, community is one of the greatest predictors of longevity. Not just in your life, but I would say in your business. Having the right people to surround yourself with is extremely powerful. You learn from other people's time and other people's time. So no matter where you are, there's always another level and there's always blind spots at every level. So if you're looking to uplevel, then make sure you're surrounding yourself with the right coach in the right community and the right team of people who want to win. Now there's a lovely quote from Jim Rohn that he talks about and he says if you sleep with dogs, you will wake up with fleas. You are the average of the five to maybe, let's say 100 people depending on the size of the community that you hang out with. Okay? So part of becoming more successful at what we do is surrounding yourself with people who are a few steps ahead, people who are pushing you and encouraging you and pulling you up to be the best version of you. How many of you have that community type in yes or no? No judgment, because for a long period of time I didn't have that personally. I didn't have that community. And it's a lonely place. Okay, so I see some yeses, some nos. Angie says yes. The mentorship. Yeah, I mean that's, that's what we strive to do in our mentorship program is we want to create a community of like minded people who are curated. Right. We don't just take anyone, everyone's interviewed to be part of our community because we have to make sure we protect the energy of that community. And if you're feeling lonely, then guess what? It's hard to grow when you're lonely because we as humans crave connection. And you might be wondering, Sachin, what does this have to do with new patients? Well, it has to do everything with new patients because your new patients come from those three C's right. It comes from courage, confidence, and clarity. And you can surround yourself with people who have courage, confidence, and clarity. That makes all the difference in the world. So we want to make sure, whether it's our community or another community, that you have that in place. Okay? So there is. There's an emotional element to success, and then, of course, there's a technical element to success. The emotional is the most important, Okay? The emotional is the most important. If you wake up every day feeling inauthentic, if you wake up, you know, some days or every day not feeling like you've got the right support system in place or you lack courage or confidence or clarity, it doesn't matter how good your technical tools are. And right now, what's being rewarded heavily is courage. Those that are standing out, standing up, rather, and speaking up. It's become easier than ever to attract people who think just like us. Now, there's a way to articulate that, okay, without getting censored or banned. And that's a whole different conversation. However, we can make it very clear where we stand on certain issues, okay? So that's. First and foremost, I want all of you to really lean into these three Cs. Now, what else do we need to get our message out there? Well, there's three things that we need. We need a mic, a stage, and a message. Okay, what does that mean? Now, when I say Mike, I literally mean a mic, but I also metaphorically mean a mic as well. So a mic is essentially when somebody hands you the mic. Just think of it that way, okay? And they usually hand the mic to people who have something important to say. So what are some examples of these microphones? Okay, so an example of a microphone. We can build our own stage, right? We could have a stage like our Facebook website or our Facebook site. That could be a stage for us. Our website could be a stage for us. YouTube could be a stage for us. Toastmasters can be a stage for us. Business networking, International, bni. That can be a stage for us. A podcast could be a stage for us. Speaking at an event can be a stage. So my opportunities really started rolling in when I started speaking my authentic truth. When I started speaking my Blue Ocean message. Okay? If your message is just like everyone else's, then you're a commodity. However, if your message is unique, it stands out. Guess what? People want you on their stages. But if your message is boring and plain, nobody's going to invite you to a podcast if you have nothing interesting to say. Nothing. No one's going to invite You. And the thing that's the most unique about you is your story and your journey. Okay, so make sure you get really good at that. And then what's your message? Right, Aside from your story, what's the message that you have for the world? I'd be curious. Go ahead and type in what's your message to the world? Okay. My message to the world is you can heal by using your body as a tool, your environment as a tool, your mind as a tool, your breath as a tool, your food as a tool. Without drugs, without supplements. What's your story? What's your message? What do people need to hear? All right, keep that coming. Samantha says health is where all good things begin. Love, yourself, heart, health, and earth. Beautiful. Michael. Health is not just the absence of disease. Yeah, great. Love it. All right, so now that we understand this a little bit better, or a mic, a stage, and a message. If you were asked to speak on a stage and somebody put a mic in front of your face, what would the message be? Okay. Be the CEO of your own health says Bev. Awesome. Back to basics. You can be simply healthier. Not by outsourcing your health. I love that. You know, our core message, our golden thread, is that the doctor of the future is the patient. Okay. So you can obviously condense it down to one line, like a tagline, like that, and then you can expand upon it, and your story needs to share that. Okay. All right, so let's talk about some of the technical tools that you need this day and age to, you know, to continue to build your practice. Right. Because we want to think short term and we want to think long term. So now that people are resonating with you, they're connecting with you, we have to take them from whatever stage they're seeing you on into your ecosystem. Okay? So if you're on a podcast, you need somewhere for people to go. If you're posting something on Facebook, people need to be able to connect with you. Okay? So there needs to be some place that you can lead people to. So one of the first things you want to have is some sort of lead magnet. And a lead magnet could be something as simple as, send me a personal message, send me a PM if you're interested. Right. That's a lead magnet, isn't it? A lead magnet is when somebody provides you with their contact information in exchange for some sort of resource, some sort of tool. Could be something really simple, such as, hey, I created a five minute video on how to eliminate digestive issues in the next two days. Without taking supplements. Send me a private message if you're interested in that video. Sometimes people like, if you offer them something that is exclusive, right? So you might say something like, I created a private video for my clients about how they can eliminate digestive issues without taking supplements, and I'd love to share it with you if that's helpful for you. Send me a private message. See, you don't need to have any technology to do that. You have to have a compelling offer. You have to have something people are interested in. But that's a lead magnet. Does everyone see that? Type in yes, if you see that. So if you're technophobic, right, or if you simply want to test something to see if people like it or not, or if they're resonating with it or not, then you can do a simple test like that. And guess what? Everyone who responds, and initially, it may not be a lot of people, so don't be upset if only a handful or if nobody responds, that's okay. It just means that your message didn't resonate with your audience. It doesn't mean we give up. It doesn't mean that the process doesn't work. It simply means that we need to find a stronger message with our audience. Okay? So it doesn't have to be complicated. A lot of times what people will do is they will use technology as a form of procrastination. So what they'll say is, I suck at tech and they'll never do anything. Doesn't have to be complicated. So a lead magnet is simply somebody raising their hand in the digital world. That's them messaging you and saying, hey, I need help with this, and I value what you have to say. Now, if you want to be a little bit more proactive, you might want to. Over the couple of days leading up to that question, you might want to share some tips about digestion. Unknown caller. Here's a tip. Turn your phone off. Sorry about that. So what could that be? Okay, so I'll give you an example. A few weeks ago, I shared a before and after picture of myself. And I shared my story about how many years ago I was called skinny. And that resulted in a downward spiral of eating and essentially doing whatever it took to gain weight. And they shared the after picture where I look younger and healthier literally 12 years later, and how I reverse my chronological age by four years. And then I asked people a day later who wanted more information on a metabolic optimization guide that I created. Right? So there was some evidence that I know what I'm Talking about. And then I made that offer and I had like 650 people plus respond say yes, yes, yes, yes. And here's a little known fact, I'll share this with you here. I shared this in my mentorship group, is that I didn't have a lead magnet, I didn't have a metabolic optimization guide. So I was simply testing the waters to see who would be interested. And so as a result of that, you know, it created pressure, created back pressure for me to go and create that guide, which I very easily did. So you may not even have the lead magnet, you may not even have the tool. Right. And sometimes you might want to test the waters and say, hey, who's interested in this? And if nobody's interested, then don't build it. But if you've got people that are interested, how long does it take to make a five minute video about something that you're already proficient in? Any guesses? Five minutes. Okay. So literally you've got your phone, you can record it on your phone, you can do a screen capture on your computer and share those tips. Right now I'm displays for my office, so I'm not on camera. Right? You don't need to be on camera to even get the message across. So I could just turn on my screen. I could record or type in a few points that I want to talk about. I could have my notes in front of me just so I sound confident and comfortable. If it's something that I want to have as just a support system or a crutch. And then I could record a five minute video and I share that with people. And guess what? They're going to watch it. If they're interested in solving this problem, they're going to thank you for it. And now you have the means to be able to follow up with them. So in the beginning, as you're starting out your business, your follow up can be very personalized. I learned something in chiropractic school and they said that it only takes about five clients to build your business and if you do a great job, then they'll refer all the business to you. Okay, so we don't need hundreds or thousands of people. If we can focus on five people and change their lives, they're going to be a walking billboard for you. Okay. All right. The next thing we might need is something called a CRM. A CRM is a customer relationship management software. And so what that means is that you're basically, you have a tool and many of you have already done this. You've in, in fact, you're getting emails from us as reminders for this event. And the service that does that is called a CRM. So it's a customer relationship management software. And what that does. The service that we use is called ActiveCampaign. There's a service that we recommend called Kartra which does that for you. There's mailchimp, there's keep. There's a bunch of different ones out there. But a CRM is going to be essentially where your emails are housed when people opt in. And it's also going to be a tool to send out emails. And it's also going to be a way for you to monitor how responsive your audience is to what you're putting out there. Okay, so we can see the open rate of our emails. We can see who opened, who didn't open, how many times they opened an email, how long they've been on our list following us for. So these are things that might come up a little bit later as your business advances and grows. We do a lot more training on this in our mentorship program, but a CRM is something that you want to consider. I like Kartra because it's an all in one solution. Now, I'm not saying that go out and get that just yet if you don't have one already, but it's something for you to make note of so that you have preparations for that into the future. The next tool we need is an offer. Right? We need a compelling offer that we can sell people. I mean, we can't have patience if there's nothing to offer them. Right? We need something to sell them and the offer has to be something that they want to buy. Okay. We also need a scheduler. So a scheduler is where people can set up a time to speak with you. And usually you're going to do this through your ehr. The EHR that we use, electronic health record software that we use is called Practice Better. Okay. So Practice Better is fantastic. Allows you to schedule, take notes, do video calls. You can even do. You can actually build your courses into. Into Practice Better. There's payment options that you can offer people. There's so many tools, and again, that's a whole different conversation. We dive deeper into that and how to maximize the utilization of it in our mentorship. But you need some way of people to be able to schedule with you. And your scheduler ideally should also have the ability to send a form. Okay. So you want to make sure that people get a form when they are filling out the Time to be able to speak with you so that when you get on that call with them, you're not flying blind. And so you need a form that, you know, extrapolates their problems, their challenges, their issues that they're facing so that you're able to, you know, get on a call with them and address those. And then of course, you need a payment processor, right? If people can't pay you, then there's no fuel in your business. Okay, so we need a lead magnet to get people to raise their hands and say, hey, I need help eventually. We need a CRM to manage all these leads that are coming in and educate them and make them feel nurtured. We also need an offer, right? So when they, when, when you're ready to present something to them, there has to be an offer. And then we need some way of scheduling with them. And then we need some form of collecting their payment. Okay, so many of you may already have this, but just want to make sure for completeness that you've got this. All right, Who has any questions about this? What I'd love to do is open up the floor to see if anyone has any questions on some of the tools that they need, some of the strategies that they need in order to be able to reach people. And of course, each of these topics we could unpack for days individually, but I want to give you high level stuff that you can start working on. Okay. Sybil is asking, can you embed your practice better form or landing page on your website? So you wouldn't want to embed the form on your website, but you can embed your scheduler on your website. Okay, another question. Is Kartra better than ActiveCampaign? And if so, why? So, you know, softwares are interesting because they're always evolving. There's always new tools, there's always new resources that different software companies are building out. The reason I like Kartra personally is because, you know, if I had to start all over again, I would use Kartra because it replaces several other services that we use. So using Kartra, we can create a one page, landing page, sales page, we can create automations, we can create courses, we can create checkout pages, we can create nurturing sequences. So we can put it all into one place for people. It's very affordable. And the nice thing about that too is you can hire one person who can manage all of that for you. In our case, we started our business many years ago and we literally have hundreds and hundreds of videos and emails and sequences and Things like that. So migrating things over is not as easy as some might think. But when you're starting out your business, it's great to start with the right tools. If I was using Kartra, I'd probably be saving around $1,500 a month. But for us to migrate everything over would cost us a lot more. So we're sticking with the tools that we have. And that's why I like Kartra, because it simplifies things for you and puts everything in one place for you, makes it affordable, and it makes it easier to hire people that can help you. So Kartra has a cool thing where they actually have a marketplace, but that allows you to hire an expert. And we have an expert in our mentorship. Her name's Danielle, who every Friday hosts office hours. So if everyone in our community is using the same software, we can bring on an expert who can help you troubleshoot. So you're never stuck, you're never lost, you're never frustrated. Well, can't promise you won't be frustrated, but you're at least never stuck. And, you know, sometimes what happens is people get stuck with the tech, and when people get stuck, the next thing that happens is they don't take any action. So stuck usually equals inaction. What's also cool about Kartra is we can take the tools that we've created so sales pages, landing pages, offers nurturing sequences, courses, and we can, with the click of a button, share them into your account so you're not having to reinvent it. You're able to copy it and then edit it instead. Okay. And then if you get stuck technically, then we have troubleshooting services with Danielle every Friday, and she's able to, literally, you're able to share your screen with her and she'll walk you through exactly how to fix your challenge. Annalisa says, love Danielle. She is knowledgeable and gives us up level tips. She's amazing. Yeah. So again, here's the thing. When you're in the right community and everyone is on a similar journey, right. Then you all need the same tools and resources. So we're able to provide those tools and resources for you. Okay, so think about it this way. If you met a mountain climbing group and you just met everyone at a weekly meeting, let's say, and everyone was climbing a different mountain, totally different, different environment, different continent, different heights, different acclimatization schedules, then that's a little bit tough, right? Because everyone's going to need different equipment. Whereas if many of us are on the same journey or similar journey and we're all climbing the same mountain, then the tools go a lot further. Does that make sense? Okay, so that's one of the huge advantages of being part of our mentorship group. It allows you to leverage the tools, the resources, the expertise, the people, the software that we use and use it in a, in a powerful way so that you can accelerate your journey forward faster. Okay. Irina is asking, do you like ClickFunnels or any other platforms? Yeah, ClickFunnels is great. You know, we've used, we still use ClickFunnels and we a lot of our pages on ClickFunnels. So it is a fantastic platform for those of you that are interested in using it. And, you know, ClickFunnels is going through a major upgrade as we speak, so there'll be a new version of it coming out. Like all software, softwares are constantly evolving. Okay. So there's no way to keep up with all of it. You have to find kind of what works, what checks off, you know, pretty much most of the boxes for you, and then kind of stick with it. Okay. We don't want to be in this situation where we're constantly changing our software because that becomes frustrating. Okay. All right. Ashley's asking, do you know what medium is best for you? Blogs, YouTube videos, podcasts, Facebook groups to create content and share your story offer and lead magnets. So here's the thing. I think that the best place for long form content is actually on YouTube. So YouTube is a great place because your content kind of lives forever there. When people are looking to solve a problem, they're usually going to YouTube and looking for a solution to their problem. And that is going to live forever. Something like Facebook is going to be something that, you know, it's, it's very short lived. So if I post something today, it's probably going to get some traction and then people may never see it again. And people aren't going on Facebook and typing in. How do I improve my digestion? Right. They're not typing in. How do I cure Hashimoto's? Right. Or they're not typing in. You know, can functional medicine help with thyroid dysfunction? Now what we can do, and this is a framework that I learned from Evan Carmichael, who wants to see this framework. Type in. Yes. If you want to see this framework, it's a little bit more advanced. So I don't want to overwhelm you, but I'm happy to share it with you. So just give me a moment, let me find this and I will pull it up on my side. Give me one second. Okay, so you should be able to see this now. So this is a framework that you can use. And as you're creating content, this is probably a good thing for you to start thinking about, you know, kind of planting a seed into the future. So as we're creating content, there's a few different things that we can talk about, right? Like thought leadership, coaching, mentoring, interviews, Q&As, business development, documenting a process. And we start with a 10 plus minute video. And so now this 10 plus minute video is then turned into micro content. And this micro content is where you take that 10 minute video and you chop it up into smaller videos. Now, you probably want to have somebody else doing this for you so you don't have to follow the rest of this format. But what you can do is you can start with the long form videos where you solve a problem for people and drive engagement there. Now, you could take that same video and upload it to Facebook if you want to. If you feel like you're gonna get some traction there, or if you realize that most social media is short form content, you can take snippets and excerpts out of that long form content and condense it down into shorter videos. And that can then drive people to a lead magnet if they want to learn more. They can then nurture them with value emails, and then that can turn into obviously sales emails after that. Okay, so this is. You can take a screenshot of this. This is from Evan Carmichael, who has 3 million subscribers on YouTube. And he also helps us in Genius Network and shares with us how we can help more people. So this is a very, you know, this is more for established businesses, but, you know, we've shared hundreds of videos on YouTube and it's a great platform, and we still get people commenting and viewing videos that we recorded many, many years ago. So it can live there forever. I apologize for the noise, everyone, but it can live there foreign. Okay, so use that as a, as a methodology for you. All right? What other questions do you have? Okay. Irina saying, I saw you have an advertisement. Do you suggest that route? No. So here's the thing. If you're just starting out, first thing that you need to do is develop the courage, obviously the confidence and the clarity. So really get that part dialed in before you start spending money on ads. So ads are great. It'll allow you to reach more people. However, you want to make sure you have somebody working and managing that for you. Okay. You want to make sure that Somebody's there monitoring your ads because it's a, it's a can of worms, believe it or not. And unless you're, unless that's your strong suit, you want to make sure that you're not wasting your money either. Okay. Zach's asking, do you think Practice Better is necessary for group coaching programs or is it better for one on one? I think Practice Better is great for both. So they do have group communication opportunities in Practice Better and they also have one on one. So you could also, you could also invite people to Zoom Calls. If you want to have, you know, calls and conversations like what we're having right now in a group type setting, you're also welcome to do that as well. Okay. Another question is what are you using for building websites? Typically, the best platform to build a website on is WordPress. Okay. There are easy or drop and drag platforms and things like that, but the most versatile is going to be WordPress. Okay. Irina is asking, do you have moderators in the program for advertisement for us to use yet? We can, we definitely have people that we refer our mentorship clients to if they need some additional support on promoting their programs. In fact, one of our, one of our vendors is a multi time 2 comma Club Award winner and has helped us grow our business many, many fold by mastering Facebook ads. And he works right alongside with Russell Brunson from Clickfunnels. So he gets like the latest and best strategies on how to leverage Facebook and social media advertising. And you know, depending on how much money you're spending, you may want to have a media buyer that can help you buy ads and buy traffic appropriately. That's a whole different can of worms kind of beyond this conversation. But yes, we do have people and tools that can help you with that. Okay. Irina is also asking, do you need a website in today's age? I think it's eventually a good idea to have a website. Is it absolutely necessary? I mean, I very rarely do I send people to my website. I usually send people to a specific call to action that I want them to take. And that's not to say that you shouldn't have a website. I think that would be bad advice. But if your website's not done or you're working on it, that shouldn't stop you from promoting your business. So if your website isn't up and running just yet, you're still working on it, working through it. You could drive people to a landing page, get them into your CRM and nurture them. I mean, that's ultimately the Goal of your website anyways, isn't it? Is to get them to raise their hand and say, I want some help. All right, Janiel's asking, are you suggesting building a website on WordPress and landing pages on Kartra? I mean, you could also build. I find Kartra is really good because it's a drop and drag type of builder. And yes, you can build a website on Kartra. It's not going to be as robust as building something on WordPress, which is specifically designed as a tool to do that. I like the path of least resistance. So you could build a one page website on Kartra, which is what we help our coaches and mentorship clients do. And then if you don't have any website whatsoever, that's a good place to start. And then over time, you can build out a more advanced website, should you choose to. You could build out literally a website in the course of a weekend. If you know what you're doing, if you have all the images, if you have all the messaging, it shouldn't take you more than a weekend to build it out. Some people, takes them years to build their website and it's something that will evolve over time. So you can keep tweaking it and tuning it, but find, find the platform that's best for you. Okay. The CRM that I use is called ActiveCampaign. That's the one that we personally use. And then for another business that I run, I use Kartra. Okay, awesome. Irina, these are, these are like, each of your questions is like one hour response. So love to, love to see you in the mentorship. I mean, you get all those answers there because we cover all of these things in much more detail on how to do that, how to leverage leads, emails, workshops, five day challenges, webinars. We teach you the entire platform and formula for that. Hey, Louise, the tool that you're looking for, you already have it as part of your mentorship program, so you should have had that a long time ago. But I'll make sure I tag you in the post so that you have that as well. You're super welcome. Okay, so did everyone find this valuable today? Do you have a better understanding of some of the tools that you need to start putting in place to help you build your business? Get that message out there. Remember, it doesn't have to be complicated. You could start with some really simple questions. Right? The lowest hanging opportunity for all of you is to put out a question. Hey, I've created a tool. How many of you want this? If you get a response, create the tool. Now, if you already have something that you can share, then put that out there as well. Right. You could start with that. Hey, I created a did a webinar on how to address digestive issues. Would you like a copy of it? Right. Would you like me to send you the link? Do not over complicate this and then make sure you follow up. The fortune is truly in the follow up. James, did you have a question? Okay. Awesome. Well, I wish you all an amazing rest of your day. Looking forward to tomorrow. And for those of you that are in the vip, we also have implementation training where we're going to cover some more advanced strategies and tools that we're going to be sharing with you. So if you haven't upgraded already, you'll get an extra couple hours of training on Saturday that will help you bring this all home and all together. Make sure you're doing your homework, make sure you're staying in tune and plugged in. And if you're looking for an amazing community to learn from, to connect with, to collaborate with, a community that's going to lift you up, then type in the word community because we'd love to support you. As you know, I believe that the world needs you now more than ever. I think you realize that, however, you need to surround yourself with the right people in order for that success to occur. So type in community and someone from my team will be happy to support you. Make sure all your questions are answered and then we will see you again tomorrow at same time, 10 o', clock hopefully. I'll be back in my office tomorrow. That's my goal and my objective, cross country. Your fingers pray for me and I'm looking forward to connecting with all of you. And for those of you that want some extra help and support and guidance and want to be part of our amazing community where you get valuable information like this. And not only we don't just talk about the tools, but we actually share them with you. So we don't just talk about lead magnets. We share a lead magnet template with you. Okay, well, have an awesome day everyone. Lots of love, much gratitude, and here's to helping and serving more people and changing the world. Talk to you soon. Bye for now.
