Purpose in Practice Chakras, Heart, and Conscious Connection

A recorded YouTube conversation (Dr. Raman Gokal, hosted by Sachin Patel) exploring consciousness from Vedic and modern-science perspectives and the role of the heart in spiritual awareness and healing. The speaker connects ancient concepts (Brahma, Anu, chakras, Hirdaya) with physiological claims (a ‘heart brain’, heart–brain coherence, HRV) and recent ideas about structured water and circulation, and closes with practical practices (meditation, pranayama, grounding, lifestyle 'seven M's') and reflections on karma, reincarnation, and contemporary sociopolitical concerns.

Okay, well Sachin, thank you very much for that intro. And what I wanted to share with you was that, you know, we are consciousness, but what is consciousness? And how does the heart and the brain link in with that? And I want to go back to ancient wisdom and because of my upbringing I have the knowledge and base and background on Vedic literature and Ayurveda and yoga and all this. So that would be my reference point in terms of ancient wisdom. But I also have modern science and I've been in the medical field 40 years, retired. And you know, a lot of things have changed during the time when I went to medical school in the early 60s. Now that tells you, I guess how old I am in terms of things. So I hope you enjoyed this. It's going to be a bit detailed. These are my credentials here. I think Sachin sent that around as well. Okay, so the issue here is what is quantum consciousness? It's a question that I've often asked myself and say, what is it all about? You know, who are we? Where do we come from? Creation, you know, what's the source? What is consciousness and can we measure it? What is the role of the heart, heart, brain, access and consciousness? It's all tied up and from that leads pathways for healing, etc, which we have time, we'll cover those as well. So let's, let's start with the marathon and let's begin. And I begin with the summary of the Vedic view. Summary, it's very brief summary which says that source, they call it Brahma, Source, the creator. And that is being. If we are, you know, like human beings, being is what I translate, being as be in God. And so if you are immersed in the truths and virtues of the Almighty, then you are part of Source. You are part of Brahma. And Brahma creates through the energy. Shakti is called energy in Sanskrit. And then creation, becoming. So you are being, becoming creation. And it's all thought. And some people say, well, the source had a thought, primordial thought to create energy and matter. And that's how it percolates down. Now the question is, how does this relate to modern science, this particular simple concept. And that is exemplified in this particular cartoon here which depicts source, ether, Anu, the primordial element and all its terridial field. So we have here a sea of ether, zero point radiations. This is the Anu, the toroidal field, energy field which emits horizontal electronic waves. And the toroid is a tornado like funnel with input and output. It's constantly inhaling energy to itself, compacted into a nucleus, the core. Core. And the core particle is called anu. That's the term from Sanskrit and the Vedic literature. And it's accepted everywhere as the fundamental particle of creation from ether. So there is ether comes down creator, in this massive sea of energy. So we have there the toroid anu particle. And if the picture represents a hydrogen atom, for instance, the core then is H plus with electrons whizzing around. And they can't be photographed because they appear and disappear constantly. And that produces a transverse wave with electromagnetic radiation of light, heat, et cetera, et cetera. So in a sense, everything is toroidal in creation. We live in an energy particle universe of condensed vortices, atoms called anu that emit waves into ether, both longitudinal and transferred. And the universe breathes. And that's our connection about breath work. And Sachin has done excellent talks on breathing. It expands, inhales and releases energy as transfers waveform at the speed of light. And it contracts, exhales, releasing electrons. The astral body to etheric to mental, body to gravity to physical. That's the progression of manifestation. And the chakras and meridians, which we'll come back to later, we will talk about those as well. The humors are the elements, gravity, ether to matter. And all in the body's energy toroidal, as are chakras that flow through meridians, nadis, prana or qi, ectoplasms, echinosoids, tiny hormones with short heart, life. And all these issues come from past lives and current, especially the first six, eight years of life. And that is the topic of karma and reincarnation, which we will not delve into this time. So consciousness, source, anu and toroidal field, it's depicted like this. This is the universe, but this exists in us as well. And we call consciousness all different names, eternity, source, mind, light, God, life, creation, consciousness. It's. We are trying to define something which, with a finite mind, which cannot be defined, it cannot use to define something that is infinite. And our journey is to move from our finite to the infinite. And Max Planck scientists in the early last century, he says there is no matter as such. It is a derivative of consciousness. We create and perceive our world simultaneously. That is what leaves the body when we die. And I'm, you know, I'm a doctor. I've seen, unfortunately, patients who have passed away in front of my eyes. And of course, prior to that, the cells were working, the chemical reactions were occurring, hormones were released, the chakras were moving, etc. Etc. And then in an instant, they gone. So what is it that leaves us to leave everything intact? But something goes, that spark of life is what I call consciousness. So we are infinite consciousness and we are one, we are part of the whole. And I think it's to remember that when we pass on, we don't die. Our soul, our eternal aspect is alive to continue on its onward journey. And that you know, relates to. And this particular thing is best known as nothing. And you may ask, well what is this nothing business? Well we'll come back to that. And here's a depiction here. This is the source of all frequency, say everything that happens. And it's in the ether, Akashic field, Akash, the field, whatever you want to call it. And the Hindu scriptures say this particular ether is, it has no beginning, no end. And so if you try and visualize the universe you cannot get above it, below it, around it, all the rest of it, it's just beyond description, unending. And so our ancient teachings say that our journey is aligned with source consciousness. And it says that in the nothingness is everything, in the ether is everything. And I used to wonder when I first started reading this and says, how can everything be in the nothingness? And that's of course a 3D concept that you can't comprehend. The nothingness that is there which we are part of. And it also says that in doing nothing, everything is done. There's a verse in the Bhagavad Gita where it says action in inaction and inaction in action you can be doing action without physically doing any action, inaction. And that is your mental capacity and activity. So the ultimate is to achieve truth, consciousness and bliss. And that's one of the names. Satchit Anand is the name of the Almighty in Sanskrit. So we go into that area where there is all possibility, all potential and interconnected field. And basically we are moving now from the Newtonian aspect in this three dimension where cause and effect we are in a survival mode. We have to shift from the quantum. Where is the cause and effect? It's creation. So that's the battlefield, survival versus creation. We have to find a balance between those two. So we are in a way frequency and energy from source and creation. We are electromagnetic vibrations that is affected by both internal external energies the way the embodies expressing itself. So all source, zero point field, Akash eta, all energies compressed as thought. And it is so, so powerful. It's almost like a straight line, no vibrations. So thought, energy and matter. And we also have at the same time this emotion, these Are creative emotions. Selfless love, compassion, higher frequency survival emotions, Lower frequencies. And frequency. Frequency has and carries information. Unlimited higher frequencies out here. Limited lower frequencies out here. So the question is that can we measure consciousness? What is it? And can we measure it? Well, there have been attempts at doing this, and the one that I'm going to relate to you is that from David Hawkins, you might have come across this, the map of consciousness from his book Map of Consciousness and Power versus Force. And he set up a scale of consciousness that ranges from zero where you are in total complete despair. Lives come to an end almost to a thousand, which is the highest level of enlightenment. And he did kinesiology and muscle testing. It measures the energy vibrations of individuals reflecting the level of consciousness. And Dr. Hawkins conducted over a quarter million calibrations to define a range of values, attitudes and emotions that correspond to the levels of consciousness. This range of values on a rhythmic scale equals the map of consciousness. So emotions such as shame, guilt, fear are associated with lower levels. While emotions such as love, joy, peace, higher levels. And people can raise their level of consciousness through spiritual practices, meditation, prayer, self introspection, reflection, come back to that towards the end. And the higher levels, the greater capacity of happiness, creativity and success. The lower levels are suffering and has limitations. So this is how some have depicted the map of consciousness. So here you have the name of the level where at the very bottom is shame, guilt, apathy, grief. You go higher, higher pride. And this particular level of 200 and above is where courage. David Hawkins says you need the courage to break through and go up above in the field of reason and integrity with higher scores. And then you get into the spiritual paradigm of love, joy. You can see peace is much higher frequency and vibration than love. Until you get to the enlivenment phase. And then you have predominant emotional states that exist, like humiliation, to scorn understanding here and reason and ineffable, enlightenment, bliss, serenity. And so it goes on view of life. This is when you are, is, is, then you are it. You are perfect, complete, and you are miserable at the very end. Evil, hopeless. And the God view of that is that this enlightenment area is your true self, all being and merciful, permitting. And here at the end, despising, vindictive, you can see these are all colors and these are colors of the chakras. And I'll come back to that. And the process is outlined here. Illumination, elimination, destruction, abdication, despondency, so forth. So that's how the thing is. Now there's another view of illustration of map Hawkins map of consciousness. There's the Alpha and the Omega. These are the various levels that he describes. And here you have low energy, low frequency, low wavelength. At the very bottom contracted. This is an expanded high energy, high frequency, short wavelength. And of course, in terms of the chakras, these are your seven chakras, the frequencies. And what you have here is the higher emotions of gratitude, joy, love, compassion are up above here. The lower, we live in a survival mode. Lower emotions, lower chakras. And you can see these lower emotional things are based in the lower three chakras. And of course, the higher chakras, creation, they are blocked. And they are blocked at that level. So we need to be able to move above those things and see fear resides in this lower area. And the low frequency, long, slow wavelength activates very few DNA sites. And the flower of love with love, high frequency, short wavelengths. So consciousness again is defined. And I'm a great admirer and read his book Sri Aurobindo and the Mother Enlightened Beings. And he described emotions, consciousness as a fundamental thing. It is the fundamental thing in existence. It is the energy, the action, movement of consciousness that creates the universe and all that is in it. Not only the macrocosm, but the microcosm in nothing but consciousness, arranging itself. I think it's a very profound statement. And you know, with Sri Aurobindo, you have to go deep in to really comprehend what he's getting at. The first time I read that books, it was like, you know, jargon, mumbo jumbo. But you have to go deeply there. That's part of the process. An emotion and feelings, a mental reaction such as happiness, joy, anger or fear, experience a strong feeling, typically accompanied by physiologic and behavioral changes in the body. And when someone shares the emotion with us, like love, gratitude, we may find that, yes, that feeling is in me too. Anagram, you know, a lot of words are in fact, the meaning is embedded in the word. For instance, earth and heart, they're anagram, they're the same. And earth has the resonance of Schumann resonance 7.8, which is what the ancient seer said, that the sound om was in fact Schumann resonance 7.8, her frequencies. And the earth charges the heart to be in alignment with it. That's why Sachin was saying being in nature, sunshine, rhythms, that's all part of this. So the growth of consciousness, there are levels, says Sri Aurobindo. Certainly the mind and the inner being are consciousness. For human beings who have not got deeper into themselves, mind and consciousness are Synonymous. Only when one becomes more aware of oneself by a growing consciousness, then one can see different degrees, kinds, powers of consciousness. Mental, vital, physical, psychic. Quite profound. So the other thing that I wanted to say is observer, observed, observation. Now, if I am here observing such in here, then I am aware that I am watching. So who is observing? I am. That's at one level. But are you aware of the entire observation? That's another level of awareness. And then you say, are you aware of being aware another level high. And of course, when you are aware and at a higher level, where you are watching the whole scenario, then you are in spacelessness, in that nothingness where you are nobody, no one, nothing, no time, nowhere. This is what Joe Dispenza says, then you are there. The other thing is intention. See, when you start off the program I started, I said my intention is to share my knowledge base with those that are on the call here. And the other thing is that the attention. So where you put your attention, that's where your energy flows. And so when you are breathing, you breathe out. You breathe out through that area and bring your attention to the problem area. That's just one example. Attention is extremely important. And Vedic science explains the observation and changes the observing. It describes this with reference to the trinity of observer. I've said observed, and the observation and the structure of the three make up the one whole underlying field of consciousness. Vedic science says once the observer observes, the observed changes. And we know that, you know, when they had experiments with the electron beam through two rectangular apertures, and when the beam was discharged, on the screen were two rectangles. However, this was in the presence of all the scientists, et cetera, looking at. When they all moved away and did this again, it was a waveform that emanated. There were no electron beams shooting out through the apertures. That's what you have the capacity to change the. So the dialogue, this whole thing that I've talked about in the last 15, 20 minutes is how do you align yourself with the Almighty? And you know, the analogy I say, is that we are all drops of water in this three dimension. And if I ask all the drops of water, tell me, describe to me what the ocean is. And one will say, it's deep, it's blue, it's dark. It doesn't really give you a totality of what the ocean is, a true understanding. But when you put that drop of water into the ocean, you become the ocean. Then you understand what the ocean is all about. And that, to me, is our journey. So how does this translate to the human being. And we have this, the body, mind, soul model where you have at one end the environment, the body that's mortal, conscious mind, subconscious mind, and the immortal soul. And of course in this dimension is length, breadth, width. And we are in linear time. And of course we want to move in our spiritual journey to recognize who we are towards the immortal. However, the conscious mind, subconscious mind drives you towards the environment. So we are seeking from the environment the pleasure, the joy or whatever we want, which is temporary, it just doesn't last long. And so we have an active mind which is 5% and subconscious mind is 95% of the time. And of course this subconscious is a million times stronger than the conscious and it leads to fragmentation, especially in the first seven years of life when we are told by parents, don't do that, no, you can't, fear of death. It's all part of the epigenetic phenomena. And there is also karma from past lives, reincarnation, and there is also ego and shadow self will come to it. And the link between the conscious and the mind and the body is breath, meditation, living in nature and so forth. And of course the science of pranayama, Prana is the life force. Breath is the flywheel of the body with all these attributes that we have. And so when you absorb, what you absorb in the first seven years of life is what controls the rest of your life. 70% of the programs you operate on are disempowering, self sabotaging and limiting. So when in love, you keep your mind in the present focus that is on your conscious mind. You create heaven, which is always there. And you see this kid was become just the same when he's grown up as well. So our shadow side, which is something that I mentioned and what is that all about? There it is. That's me, that's my shadow side. It's huge. It can be huge. Some of them who have worked with their shadow side, it's no longer existed. There's more to all of us than meets the eye. There are parts we wish didn't exist and parts we keep locked away inside. Carl Jung was one of the greatest psychologists of the 20th century. He believed that everyone had a so called shadow side that they represent. Repressed from childhood, it's often associated with negative emotions. But it is only by embracing rather than ignoring our shadow side that we can ever truly know ourselves. And so you have to look at yourself and really be honest with yourself to say, well, there is parts of me that I'm trying to Hide. For some, the shadow simply refers to parts of their personality that are unconscious and it may be parts that we don't like. And Jung believed that the human psycho is made out of three components. The ego, the personal unconsciousness, or the information in someone's mind that is not really available for consciously recall, and a collective consciousness. So how does this whole body, mind, soul model relate to who we really are? That's what I'm saying, the immortal soul. And how do we get to where, who we really are? Our journey in life. What are we? What have we come here to accomplish? And why can't we do it? That's the journey we should be embarking on, except we go on the other way. So the soul. I'm referring now to the Upanishads, the sacreds, teachings of the isha and the soul. Whoever sees all beings in the soul and the soul in all beings does not shrink away from this. So isha means Lord. The Lord encloses all that moves in the world. Enjoyment is found by renunciating the world and not coveting the possession of others in whom all beings have become one with the knowing soul. What delusions or sorrow is there for one who sees unity? It's radiant, incorporeal, wise, intelligent, encompassing, self existent. It organizes objects throughout eternity. But how do we get to the state and the role of Yog Pranayam in our spiritual ceremony? Facing ours, yourself, ego, doing shadow work, etc. And being in nature, eating healthy foods, etc. All things that Sachin has mentioned. And if we have time, we'll go into those as well. So the destiny of the soul, and this is a quotation from Edgar Casey, our soul is everlasting, containing eternal creative power. And through expression of this power we may come to know ourselves, to be one with him. Then the destiny of the soul as all creation, is to become one with the Creator. Now, where is the soul atma in us? A question that everybody asks. Well, the answer is it's in the heart. The heart or the Anahata chakra, but it's even beyond that. And the spiritual heart is defined in the Vedas as Hirdaya is the energy which is contained within the heart. Chakra describes the intelligence of the heart. This is not just the physical heart, but the spiritual heart. It contains the intelligence of God or transcendental mind. The meaning of hirdaya is the center, this center, and that's the center. And we are the center of the entire universe. And since universe is what created us, we are part of the universe. And we'll come back to that at the very end. Thus the spiritual heart always brings you to your center. It will not veer away from your higher self, always taking it a 360 degree view of any situation you could face. And in Yajurveda another, there are four Vedas in the Hindu Vedic literature. Yajurveda is one of them. Raj veda, Gnana Veda, etc. And so the spiritual heart, it says, just as there is a cosmic center from which the whole universe arises and has its being and functions with the power of the directing energy emanating from, so also there is a center within the frame of the physical body wherein we have our being. The center in the human body is in no way different from the cosmic center. It is this center in us that is called the Hirdaya. The seat of pure consciousness realizes existence. It's obviously not mere the physical organ, nor is it simply the heart center, though it is closely related. The heart is the core of our being, which is the core of being itself. Listen to the heart and you will get the truth. This is a a Sanskrit saying from the Vedas Radayam Sunu, Satyam Tamase and so forth. So heart is our link to the source. And this is from Purusha is the name of the Almighty, the consciousness. It's a name here. Purusha, the highest being. And this is what the seers use to describe the infinite into finite terms that people could comprehend. And what this scripture says is that the heart is a piece of divinity, soul, atma. It's the flame of truth burning in the center of the heart, part of ourselves that is infinite consciousness, self effluegent, although separate, never parted from God, the supreme, that which created the universe and source of everything within whose essence is both within us and outside of the universe all at once, seemingly far away, but really close at hand and the substance of all that we know as reality. In a budding lotus just below the heart chakra burns a large indestructible flame. It activates the solar plexus, the digestive fire. It illumines this consciousness where the mind operates. Yet it is itself indestructible, our own self. And when we identify with it, we identify with the entire universe. Our indwelling spirit is one with God at all times. Know that Narayana Purusha is your own divine self, indestructible, immortal, transcending space and time. Your essence has created the universe. We are co creators of who we are and where we Live. So creation, source to matter, energy download. That's where we are, the source of energy. And I often ask myself, where is this in the body, exactly in the physical body. And this is my view. We have a heart here that I've depicted. And this is the conducting system of the heart. So these are the four chambers. And these conducting systems start off at the sinoatrial node. It's the pacemaker. And we all know that this is where the heartbeat is initiated. It travels down and go. And if the heartbeat stops, we stop as well. Now what is it? And innately, it will just go on doing its thing day in, day out, till our piece of string comes to an end. And I believe that that source energizes the sinoatrial node. Pranic energy source, that's what keeps it going. And this is a simplification, but it tells us exactly that there is this thing in the heart center that we need to be on. And it's interesting that the heart center is around here where the physical heart is, and it's in the mediastinum. And what does it have altogether in there? There's the heart with the flame, the heart chakras. It also has thymus gland, the most potent part of the immunological system in the body. It has the entrance of the thoracic duct into the heart region. All the lymph that is collected goes into that area. The heart also emanates hormones like atrial natriuretic peptide, et cetera. And of course, there are the lungs as well. The lungs are here. Well, they are here. So you can see that this is an extremely powerful area and we need to be able to resonate with it. So the heart brain coherence is something that's next on the topic that I want to see. The heart connects to the brain. We know that. We all thought that the brain connects to the heart and controls it. But we have the afferent or ascending pathways from the heart to the brain. And they are more numerous than the ones coming down. It's a 9 to 1 ratio. So why did the Almighty create this? And we know that now, science has shown us that There are about 40,000 specialized cells in the human heart that are concentrated in every precise way. They are called sensory neurites. And it's a neural network within the heart. It's a brain within the heart. See, we have three brains. The heart brain, the microbiome, the gut brain, and we also have the brain brain. They think they learn these neurites in the brain. They Remember, independently of the cranial BMO where reduce attune in our heart and our brain together they harmonize our heart and our brain so that these two separate organs actually share a common neural network. And this particular saying, as our spiritual heart opens more the tendency to ease kindness, compassion and gratitude come naturally. We increasingly become more heartful, mindful and present. This magnetizes the wisdom. And of course did you know that the human heart magnetic field can be measured several feet away from the body? We used to be able to measure the electrocardiogram electro EKG10, 15ft away of an individual without even having the electrodes. In fetal development, the heart forms and starts breathing before the brain begins to develop. Positive emotions create positive physiological benefits, but negative emotions create negative ones. Positive emotions can influence the brain's ability to make good decisions. You can boost your immune system by focusing on positive emotions. And a mother's brain waves can be synchronized to a baby's heartbeat even when they are a few feet apart. That's the link between mother and child. And you wonder why that is. It's all related to the heart. And here, this here shows you that if you have incongruous, incoherent heartbeat, then there's chaos. Here there is coherence heartbeat and there is coherence and it's worth. So can we measure this heart? Yes, we can. And this is work from Heartmath Institute. It's called the heart rate variability HRV and you know, time varies between heartbeats. We don't have an absolute regular heartbeat second to second. No, there is a variation and this variation is really important because it has great significance in our day to day life. It's linked with the brain autonomic nervous system, stress, emotions, physical mental functions, decision making, etc. And it can be measured and there are devices available that you can tell what your HRV is. The higher the hrv, the better it is and as you age there is less hrv. Coherence is the natural state of our being. The more the variability, the greater is the resilience. Optimal coherence is measured at 0.1 Hz. And so we have a dynamic situation here where it's a measure of the neurocardiac function, the thalamus. This is the, the rise of the energetic channel through the thalamus and higher centers cortical thinking, you have incoherence, it inhibits brain function. Coherence facilitates brain function. So distinction. I think I'll just move on. There are the thing about this particular slide is that we have A relative mind involved in the brain, the ego mind and the deep mind is an awareness. Higher mind self meditation is to become more aware of who you really are and makes all experiences and connections to the higher mind a reality. So the new findings of the brain, this is going to be. It's a bit complex. It's basically how each network carries out a specific function and how they communicate with each other in an effective or ineffective way. And it's work by Mike Waldman, a neuroscientist. And he says that the three to five key brain networks that pretty much control our entire ability to how we perceive the world, these are the ones that are colored. And he says it's the blue area in here which is the. He calls it the salience network. And here, any form of relaxed contemplative meditation stimulates these two structures that we all call the anterior cingulate and the insular become highly active. These are the ones that dictate our perception and our moods and activities. All of the positive benefits come from mindfulness and other forms of contemplative meditative practice. And this particular. It looks like a gollywog. This is what the brain is actually like, the neurons. And we thought that the left brain and the right brain only connect through the corpus callus, a thin bridge between the two. Science is now proving that that is not so. The neurons on the outer part of the cerebral cortex, they are pictured like here. Axagon can extend all the way, can be 2ft long and extend from one hemisphere into the other. Then the synapses where all the magic communication takes place. These bundles, networks, default central executive, the sacrifice, the salience would represent mind wandering, awareness, values. It's basically how these networks, each one carrying out a specific function, communicate with each other in an effective or inactive way. And of course, we have brain waves as well. And as we slow our brainwave down through meditation, prayer, gratitude, we begin to move from beta alpha theta delta from the conscious down to the subconscious. That is where the subconscious brain activity lies. This quote from Joe Dispenza. And the limbic brain is the origin of autonomic system that controls homeostasis and balance. There is the limbic brain here. That's the flow of consciousness and the movement of consciousness through hormones and chemicals. So that's the. Where all the key centers are. There's the here is the pituitary, the pineal is there, the corpus callosum. This is called in Vedic terms, Brahma's cave. This is where all the action is. Now the Other question I wanted to address is, is the heart a pump? And we hear a lot about it. How is circulation achieved, maintained? What is the role of water in this? You know, how does the heart keep pumping all these, the blood throughout the body? That's the big question. And so the circulation, heart and water are all tied in. Water is the second element. It's been well recognized since ancient times that water is a healing substance, yet science has hitherto paid scant attention to it. The paradox why we know so little about something so familiar and why people go to the people, places like Ganges, which is regarded as the healing substance in the higher Himalayan regions. Gerald Pollock shows in his book here the fourth phase of water, that water situated near surfaces differs from bulk water. He calls it easy water, called exclusion zone. And in the body, water does not exist as water, but increasingly recognized as being in the fourth phase. Out here, gel, like, you know, we say we are 80, 90% water, yet if you take a piece of muscle out, and I've had to do that, you squeeze it, you don't get 80, 90% of its substance being poured out as water. So it's held in a different state. And the structure this particular is the gel. Like it's a jelly, it's a jello, it's structured, it's more stable, more viscous and more ordered and negatively charged, intercellular. This is the format dictates such things as energy, voltage, cell membrane potential. And it also had a principle in heart and circulation. Now, this book here by Tom Cowan, he explains the humanite and cosmic heart. And he says that at any time you place a hydrophilic surface that is having strong affinity for water, like gelatin in water, a zone of structured water will form called easy water exclusion zone water, because it excludes toxins, solutes. And then if you have a hydrophilic tube with water in it, then inside the tube you get proton shell like this, inside the easy water. And if you have that tube with fresh water flowing through it, you get protonated water. And blood vessel is no similar, no different from this particular tube. It's a hydrophilic tube with structured blood plasma within it. So when structured water forms, it forms in tubes separated from negative and positive protons. And this also happens in our blood vessel and creates a repulsion such that flow results within the tube. This the same phenomena that creates water flow from roots to leaves, even the tall redwoods. So what I'm trying to get to, and the others, Pollock and Cowan and others said the heart is Not a pump. The heart is not. And its circulation is maintained by the same philosophy as the charge potential at the cell membrane. Tom Cowan explained that the circulation is maintained by the blood vessels through the process of surface tension at vessel walls, formation of structured water at hydrophilic circuit surfaces. It's a tube with a layer of structure or the lighting the inside of the tube that makes these surfaces charged and then you get the flow. So if you think that the heart is the pump and does all the work, then you have to think of this. All the blood vessels in the body, everywhere, if you place them end to end, they will cover a distance of 100 kilometers, you know, around the equator it would go. Now I, I can't imagine that a heart weighing 300 grams to pump blood all around the body circulation, it's just not fair. There must be other mechanisms. And this particular mechanism I've just described, enunciated by Pollock and Cowan and others, explains this much better. I think the heart may initiate the contraction. So then what is the heart doing? Well, this is a depiction from Frank Chester. He says this is a new form technology and explains the heart. And he says that the heart is like a chestahedron. 7 sided, 4 equilateral triangles and 3 kite shaped quadrilaterals. Has equivalent surface areas, 12 edges and 3 different symmetries. Is this the heart format? Well, when placed in a box, the chestahedron sits at an angle of 36 degrees, the same angle the heart sits in the chest. And what does it do? The spinning of the chestahedron will form a vortex. There it is forming a vortex, a kind of negative space that appears attached to the side of the cristahedron. The appendix creates its own vortex, horizontal resemble the shape and attachment of the right ventricle to the left ventricle of the human heart. What he's saying here is that the heart is like a hydraulic ram rather than a pump. It converts the flow into a vortex by stopping the blood. And this is such an important concept. If you thought that the left ventricle ejects blood into the arch of the aorta and down to the body. The physics say that if that was so, the aorta would just straighten up and burst. It can't do that. And so there's physiological evidence to support this concept as well. So now we come to the interesting part of the talk. What is the current state of play in the world we live now? This is going to get a bit controversial and I think you all are familiar with this because I know Sachin has talked about it and you know, we have been lied to for years now in my medical education, science, etc, I've come to realize now having retired and spent more time that we have been lied so much. What we have learned is a sham. You know, the whole of virology and oncology and other ologies are all shams. We need to relearn and awaken to the truth. And that is part of the agenda that we are talking about. And of course this isn't just new since COVID for instance, propaganda. It used to work in Hitler's time where the whole idea was to propagandize the people. It works best when those who are being manipulated are confident that they are acting on their own free will. That's what's happened. And you know, the Nazis in World War II were developing ways to which to control man. And they had two methods that they developed and one was vaccines and the other one was water, how to manipulate water using metal like fluoride and lead, et cetera. That was the basis. And those scientists have spread throughout the world and forming the basis now. So there is a depiction that we are in World War three right now. Bio warfare tech warfare, mind control, threat to humanity. And Dr. Anna Mihaly described this very vividly. So we are in a war. The threat to extinction of humanity. Warfare of all levels of existence. Technology, synthetic biological fusions, geoengineering operations, HARP mind control, Morgellons hijacking the soul of the metaverse. And the agenda in Agenda 2030, population reduction, nanotechnology, AI humanism is all there. So they don't make it a secret what they want to do. They want to steal our soul. We get back to the soul, they want to do that. Humans are now hackable animals. The whole idea that humans have this soul or spirit and nobody knows what's happening inside them and they will have free will, that's all over, says this advisor Harari to the World Economic Forum run by Schwab. I think Schwab is retired and we have all sorts of technologies developing that they want to try out on us. And you know, we have been indoctrinated. And this book, the Indoctrinated Break by Michael Nel says the COVID was an intentional attack on our human hippocampus where autobiographical memory and individuality originate. Fear porn keeps us from holding onto the autobiographical memories. Deindividualized, more suggestible, more forgetful, more compliant, less to engage. That's how we are. It's a war on Our soul. I think I'm going to skip this. And so we have to ask ourselves, why are we in such a hypnotic trance state, especially worse in the last four pandemic max years? And we just have to look around and we have to say, well, how deep does the rabbit hole go? Chris Hedges said we now live in a nation where doctors destroy health, lawyers destroy justice, universities destroy knowledge, governments destroy freedom and the press destroy information, religion destroys morals and our banks destroy the economy. And it's part of the deep state. And it's like we have become sheeple. Here's a shepherd with his shepherd dog controlling a whole lot of sheep. But you know, if one or two or three of these sheep woke up and chased the dog away, things will start changing. And Sun Tzu in the Art of War said, we may have lost many battles, but not the war. The last battle is the toughest. Before we win the war, may I suggest to you that we are in this last battle. It's the toughest one. And we are in the final battle for our survival. But we are waking up fast. And that is the. And this particular poem that I came across yesterday. Ty and Charlene Bollinger, advocates of truth. What if true? Every truth you know was shaped by those behind the show. What if news was crafted and staged to keep us scared and disengaged? What if freedom's voice was bound and truth itself could not be found? What if history's darkest schemes repeat today in silent streams? Wouldn't you want to break the spell? Uncover lies they'd never tell? It's time to see the veil removed, to know the truths we once eschewed. That's the journey going back to our ancient traditions, because they are forces that are trying to subverse us, control us. It's a power grid that they want to invent. So what's the answer? Brain, immune system, heart activity, cell biology are all in a way inseparable. You can activate your own healing response by the fundamental Eastern traditions. State of awareness, meditation, breathing, grounding, being in nature. Sachin talked about the natural rhythms in Sanskrit. Ayurveda, it's called rt. You know, it's got a beautiful sound. Rhythms, natural rhythms. Sun is the focal point of that. And so I get up in the morning sunrise. Now it's 10 7, but it was 10 past 5 or 5 o'. Clock. And I do walking on the ground barefoot, grounding. And I do all my yoga exercises on the lawn barefoot, watching the sun rise and do the sun salutation. Surya Namaskar and imbibe the energy. Look at the sun. You can look at the sun when it's rising. It's beautiful. Enriches the far infrared or the near infrared light that the eyes need to keep them fit and healthy. That's the formula. And I don't miss out on that. My wife and I walk around, we do all that, and then we also hug trees. Trees are a major source of electron negatively charged particles. They give you passion. You know what passion means? You pass ions. Passion is passing in ions. Ions are particles charged. So passion is something that you evolve by standing at the on grounding, etc. And focusing on what we need to do. Survive and then thrive. Achieve your true potential. So that's the. It's a triad of meditation, breathing, grounding and being in nature. And you see if the word nature again, if the anagram from nature is a tuner. Nature tunes you to who you really are, if you are in nature rather than living in concrete jungles. So my formula that I try to implement is the seven M's. I call them the seven M's. One is meditation, vital for stress, anxiety, release. Five minutes in the morning and five before sleep. And combine it with journaling. Because writing, for me, writing things down has a good impact. It seems to penetrate deeper into me. So meditation is vital. It's this thing that you. They used to use, the seers and sages. You know what they used to do at sunrise, before the sunrise, they used to lie down or sit down. The belly was open, so they had a loin cloth or something. They faced the sun and they had the sun rising. They meditated and the sun as it came, shone into their eyes. It also shone into the solar plexus, the umbilicus, a major source of energy. And then they had a copper mug and they were at the riverbed, so they took a copper mug. Copper is an element that we need for all our chemical processes, but it also kills bacteria and things. And they imbibe that water and start the day. A beautiful way to do things. Movement, again, important exercise, yoga, breathing, moving your chest and lungs again, breathing is important. Movement and pranayama, the science of breathing is a fundamental role that Patanjali Yoga in his sutra, set out the seven steps, no, eight steps, Ashtanga Yoga we called it, and Pranayam is one of them. Breathing exercises, mindfulness, being aware and conscious. And how do you achieve mindfulness, Being aware, and that is through breathing. If you are conscious of your breathing, you are immediately in the now. And that way is an Easy way, simple way. And then you slow your breath down, you know, a count of six, inhale, count of six, exhale, five breaths per minute. You do that for five minutes or so. You immediately calm down because your sympathetic nervous system is brought down. You upregulate your parasympathetic nervous system. Cortisols are down. You DHEA and other oxytocin, other hormones are awakened. Mirth. Laughter. Laughter is the best medicine. You have to laugh because if you don't laugh, you cry. Music. Sing aloud mantras or your favorite songs. Listen to good uplifting music. And while I'm meditating, I sometimes just break out into reciting Aum, for instance, or other Sanskrit mantras or just songs, some decent one. But you have to look at what you're listening to, you know, junk music. And they transmit these negative energies through music as well. And negative energies, the tv. And you have to be very cognizant and be mindful of what you are doing to preserve yourself. Good music is good. I mean, Shakespeare said, if music be the food of love, play on. And you know that say to me, music, love, laughter, go hand in hand. Massage, physical and mental, lymphatic and head massage is very important. And you have to move that. And that's why the head massage in Vedic tradition is so very. You have to move the lymph csf, that's the serratocinal fluid and the lymphatics and the venous circulation in the skull. So you can just vibrate and massage your head and it uplifts you. Yes. And again, one thing about aloud speaking mantras, for instance, you know, when you hum, what you are doing is you are vibrating the brain, which is held in a cerebral spinal fluid sac. But even more important than that is that there is the pituitary gland, what some people think is the seventh chakra. It dangles through the stalk from the hypothalamus, the pituitary. It dangles. And what you are saying, and it's the master gland in the body. While humming, you are actually vibrating powerfully the pituitary gland. And you saying to it, I am here now, give me the best you can. It's very important to do that. And then manifesting fruition of your positive intent, overcoming your issues which are in your tissues. This is an important, you know, your issues in the subconscious get embedded in your cells and they stay there. You have to have means whereby you can move them out. And I'll come back to that in a moment. So that's why they Say your issues are in your tissues. So how does all this reflect the mind and the disease? So we have a conscious mind, 5%, a subconscious mind, 95% with thoughts and actions. So this subconscious mind is active 95% of the time. It's the, what I call it in computer terms, the hard disk and the software comes in for a little bit of time and then who takes over the subconscious? And these create thoughts. The subconscious we usually have repetitive habitual thinking. 90,000 thoughts a day. And 80% are the same as day before and 80% are negative. So that's, I'm not saying the present company accepted, but it's how humanity thrives today. They are just revolving around a spiral of thoughts. What does that lead to? Well, it creates a negative emotion. It leads to addiction and stress. It's a cycle of negativity. You can't get out of that cycle. And of course that leads to imbalance in body chemistry, impaired immunity. But then you have external factors. And Sachin talked about diet and EMFs and Wi Fi and subliminal things, food and glyphosate and junk food, et cetera. They are all that impact on this. And what does that lead to? Disease. And disease. So there is a way out of it. And how do you do that? You have to use the conscious mind to gain control over the subconscious mind. And that is the same formula again. Awareness, intention, breathing, meditation. But you have to have this particular process with positive intention and with such intense amplitude of that decision that it carries a level of energy greater than the hardwired programs and the emotional addictions in the brain. Now there are ways in Pranam, Pranayama and raising the kundalini, the base chakra energy up to the pineal. There are various ways. And that's where you need the sympathetic nervous system. So the Almighty has given you the sympathetic system and the parasympathetic. Parasympathetic is to heal. But you need the parasympathetic system in. It's a survival mode. You need it to survive. But at the same time you can use that system to drive this whole system around so that you can awaken those inert state like the pineal gland. And that's why the Nazis developed fluoride in water. Because fluoride and other things calcify the pineal gland. That's why you are dumbed. Your gateway to the higher realms through thalamus and hippocampus are blocked. Then you are more amenable to WI fi and external chatter because that's all you have to do. So that's the formula that I have. So one basic question that appears in the Upanishads and Vedas is, what is it by knowing which everything is known? I'll just repeat that again because it's a most fundamental question. What is it by knowing which everything is known? And the answer, and that's the Sanskrit quotation, it comes from the Mandu ka Upanishad. And the answer is knowledge. Para means spiritual, permanent, indestructible self. That's who you are. And apara is scientific, physical, destructible body. And so you need to know the true knowledge and who you really are. And that means know thyself. That's the answer to the question that was put in the Upanishad. You know, the Upanishads are answering question. The question is asked by a student, a disciple, and the seer who's enlightened gives an answer in worse form. So if you know yourself, it's called Nose Ipsum. And Aristotle said, knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom. So I just want to finish off with this. The Upanishad mantra, the first mantra, which is supposed to be the peace chant. And it is. It says Aumas. Now, you see in yellow here, the word purna is repeated again and again. What does that mean? Purna means whole, perfect, complete, absolute. That's who we are. And he says, this is whole, Perfect, that is whole. Perfect. From wholeness emerges wholeness. Wholeness coming from wholeness, wholeness still remains. All is one, that we are part of the divine. If we are part of the whole, then the whole must be part of us. That is the essence, the interconnectedness. And the Upanishadic vision of this is that the universe is a totality, indivisible and organic whole. The parts are not separate. We are all in a togetherness, intellect connected. Even a blade of grass is linked to the greatest sun. And no less significant, the part represents the whole. We represent the whole. The whole is part of us. We have the capacity to recognize who we are. But we've come here on this planet Earth for a reason. We have to find out what our function is, what our braces is. And. And we and the Almighty created this phenomenal body. You know, each cell has 100,000 chemical reactions per nanosecond. Can you imagine the complexity of the body? And that's one cell. We have 40, 60 trillion cells. You can see how coordinated. And do you not think that if the Almighty created something so formal that there is a Chance that it may go wrong because of external influences and mind and things, then he would have given us the capacity to heal ourselves. Yes, he has. And these basic things that we have added to by science as well has given us the capacity to just do that. And so I want to end. I think I've gone on long enough. I need a drink as well. This is the symbol of Aum. Aum is the primordial sound at creation. You know, the Lord said, let there be light. So sound is so powerful. It's the way they create energy and manifestation of matter came through sound as the original sound form through anu and other intermediary steps as well. And so sound. And that's why I like to just recite om om. And the myrrh part of the om O m refers to the cavity, abdominal cavity, OO to the thoracic cavity. And m humming sound with your lips closed activates the brain. And so my final word, and I had several slides on health and things, but I think we're going to have to do that a second time. If Sachin is agreeable and you all are receptive, the final word. Have total belief in the Almighty God, consciousness divine, that is having total belief in yourself because you are divine, you are part of the self, you are soul atma linked to the Almighty. And forget about all these external incursions and all this stuff that they are trying to do to you through vax, etc. Etc. You can be above all that and you have the instrument and mechanism to do so. So I will say thank you and namaste and hope that was of some use. Sachin, onto you.
Oh, I. I have one word and it's. Wow, that was amazing. Just put together a lot of thoughts and ideas for me and in a. In a very cohesive way and helped me understand myself better. I hope everyone, I, you know, I'm hoping that everyone feels the same way or even more, you know, and truly realizing how special we all are and how capable we all are. I. I was moved to tears during this presentation because I don't think we've ever fully understood how amazing we are and how interconnected everything is. And a lot of us probably had, you know, frameworks of thinking that align with what was presented today. But now we have some, you know, more structure to that way of thinking. And so this was so extraordinary, so exceptional. Thank you for putting it together for us. And I know that you have so many, so much wisdom to share. We just caught the surface of the surface of what you could share with us. I'm curious, when did, when did you start going deeper into this knowledge? Being a medical doctor as a nephrologist, you probably saw like both ends of the spectrum. So I'm curious when, when your enlightenment process began for you.
Well, I think it began as a child, you know, because we brought up in this tradition of meditation, prayer, it was more disciplined, etc. But then into the medical world, you get distracted by everything that's going on, you believe what you've been taught. And then the whole aspiration was, well, I'm going to be a great doctor or something, that sort, you know. And in medical terms I did achieve that, but you know, I always felt that there was something missing. And then just before I retired, there was a major catastrophe in the family. And then I started to think, I said, what's life all about? What's this? And here I had someone I love dearly just vanished, gone in front of my eyes. And that started the process of an inner search as to what it is. And then I retired in say 2005 and I said what I've been taught in my 30, 40 years of medical practice. And I'm not saying that all medical practice is bad, so don't get me wrong, because I did a lot of life saving maneuvers, movers and things as a nephrologist too. But I was also part of the pharmaceutical government industrial complex, which I've alluded to. And you know, it got me thinking that there are better, safer ways of doing things. And when I went back to ayurvedic literature, I said, well, these are simple devices, why don't we practice them in mainstream life? And it was something that boggled my mind and then started the journey inwards to looking at things. And then I realized that everything I've been taught, not everything, but most things I've been taught in medicine and science is a lie, it's a sham. And I had to relearn everything, a lot of things, I mean in some of my lectures, look at the cell structure, the receptors, how they pharmaceutical manipulate that. It goes back to 60, 70 years. Well, even before I started medical school, that's how long this whole agenda is operating. And so that, you know, and now I'm 180 degrees the other side. You know, somebody says this, I said no, no, no, that's a lie. But you know, the mind control that I was talking about is so intense, people don't want to listen to you. My own relatives, when I give them the science and things Just walk away. They don't want to listen. And I have relatives who've passed away because of all the nonsense that's been going on in the close relatives whom I sent them. Literature, evidence, don't do this, don't do that. They did it anyway. And I'm sorry, you know, that's the nature of the attack that we are under. And there is a way that you have to go back in. So the. That was a long answer to a simple question. But that is the way one evolves. And you know, you said I'm a wise man, etc. Okay. I'm on my own spiritual path and journey. Everybody is different. Although we interconnected, each has a burden of karma they come back with. They are on load more during the first seven years of life and subsequently. And so the whole thing is about the journey of life. And if you don't mind me reminding the people about a sonnet from Kabir. He was a beautiful enlightened poet and he said it sounds so much better in Sanskrit and Hindi, but I'll just translate it. He says, when we were born, we cried, the world rejoice, but you have to live a life, a pious, righteous life that when we pass on, we rejoice and the world laments our loss. That to me sums up what life is all about. And we are on our individual journeys. We have to follow our true self, offload the garbage we've collected and move on. You know, I, I think that's probably my ego self. I don't want to recycle again, you know that this is it. This is my chance. I want to go there and get it. But that's part of the divine journey as well.
That's beautiful. Maybe you can unpack karma and define it for us and, and tell us, you know, people say, like, you hear people say this, you have one life to live. And I say it depends on how you live this one.
Right?
Because the. The goal from my understanding, and please correct me because I'm learning too, is that the goal isn't to be reincarnated, right? The goal is to merge with consciousness and not come back again and have to repay all those debts. So talk to us about karma and how can we live like a life that allows us to, you know, kind of merge with consciousness when we move on.
Karma is all. This is not the only life we have here. You know, how long is a piece of string? This is our life. But we have had many, many, many, many lives, Millions. Because the soul is eternal, but it comes here for a journey and moves on. And the soul, after a while, the soul thinks, oh, had enough, not going to do anything here. Let's move on. It's time to recycle. That's reincarnation. So the load that you've picked up in past lives, usually negative stuff, has to be offloaded. So it may be things like cheating, thieving, all these issues that we commonly face, you know, and you are cheating yourself or lying to yourself, etc. And you build up a karma because the Lord says, nothing is for free. What you do, you have to have a reaction. So it's a. That Newton's third law. Every action has a reaction opposite and equal, that is bound. That's a natural law, a common law, not the legal edicts that the cabal produces. That's not a law. The natural laws are these. And so you come here with the load to work your way through that load, through the practices that I described that you know of, and you talk about as well. And you think introspectively and try and offload things that are not kosher. You know, every decision you make, everything is decision based. You make a decision, a right decision or a wrong decision, that's up to you. The Almighty says, I've sent you in this planet. You've made a contract with me before you came down to unleash all these things, but you will forget about it all because I'll put a shield on your memory and you come down to earth and you have to fulfill your role. Now the problem is that he says, I will send you down. You will have free will. Oh, that's great. I can do what I want. He says, okay, whatever decision you make, you have to be responsible for that decision. Rule one, what is rule two? Rule two says that you also are responsible for the consequences of the decision. So you, if you are aware of that, you will not make some crooked decisions and, and act rightfully all the time. And, and it's so important that. And then you pick up karma in the first seven years of life, because life is like that. You know, I was so pleased to hear you talk about how you spend your time with your son. That's. That's precious, that's connecting, that's evolving together, you and your son. It's beautiful. And I think the family unity is breaking down. That's such a sad story. It makes me weep to think that people are not even having a meal together at a table. Time to share things. And if they are, they're all on their computers and Cell phones, and they're talking to each other on the cell phone. You know, I, I, you know, it boggles my mind. The TV is blaring away and there's some junk music in the background, and they're eating junk food. That's the modern American style of living. You cannot evolve in that way. But there is a route. There is a start, and that is to start looking at yourself. And I'm saying this, and that does not imply that the audience here is in any way that way inclined. I'm sure they are all learned and on their spiritual path and journey into enlightenment.
I had a download a few years ago, and it said that everyone is on their own spiritual journey. And for me to judge them for where they are on their journey is a reflection of where I am on my journey.
Absolutely.
And so, so many times we're, you know, we might look at someone and we don't. We never have the whole story, even when we think we do. And we don't even have our own whole story unless we can really go deep into that reflection that you discussed. And so we judge ourselves a lot. We're our worst critic, right? You have to become your worst critic and turn into your own raving fan. And, you know, we project our beliefs and our judgments onto others. And, you know, I'm, I'm a work in progress. I'll be the first to admit that. So it's, I think it's, I wouldn't say it's human nature to do that. I would say it's our accumulated nature to do that. And we can shed that. We don't have to be that way. And we could do the work, right? And that's, I think, the most meaningful work for us to do isn't the 9 to 5 isn't running our businesses. I think the most meaningful work to do is in our, on ourselves. And, you know, if you, if you kind of read between the lines of everything that I teach all of you, it's really about who we are becoming through this process, right? And when we work on ourselves, it gives us the platform and the diving board to be able to help others.
A doctor definition is one who trains the patient to heal himself or herself. That's what a doctor is. A doctor is not somebody who writes a script every five minutes and says, go. You know, and the third thing is this, that we, you. One has to recognize that given the chance, the body heals itself. So that when you get out of the way and let the body do its thing, it will do it, you know, there are karma and all these other things that come into it and external and internal things, but we have this body for this length of time and we need to learn how to live with it in coherence, in balance, in homeostasis, as they say in medicine. And the moment you are out of sync or into imbalance is when all the shit starts. And so we have total command. And the final thing I will say is that, you know, you say, love your brother. Love yourself. No, the first thing is if you don't love yourself, you can't love anybody. So you need to love yourself. And I get up in the morning and I look at myself in the mirror and shaving, all that, and I said, hey, Raman, you're a great guy. I love you. But I'm also sorry for any mischief I've caused, you know. And then I thank the Almighty. The first thing I thank the Almighty and say thank you for this life. I'm grateful for being alive. I'm grateful for the day ahead. I'm grateful for the opportunity to speak at Sachin's seminar, you know, and, and make, make it so that it's knowledgeable and, you know, you set your intention. That's how the day starts. And at the end of the day you go back and you look at your teleprinter and see what's gone on during the day, you know, and he said, oh yeah, I messed up there. Gokul, you didn't do a good job there, did you? No, but you have to own up to it, you know, you know, did, did you create BS around you? And that's, that's the introspection that you need in those 24 hours. And then when you've satisfied and debated out with yourself, you can sleep soundly.
What can we do in the meantime to support you? Is there anything we can do to help you spread the message, introduce you to our communities? Like what's, what's something that would fill your cup?
Things? I, I give a fair amount of lectures and what, what if you type in Dr. Raman Gokal, that's my name, into YouTube, then it will bring up about seven or eight of my lectures that vary from all sorts of things, including Eurotherapy. I think that's on there. But if not, I can always, next time around I speak. So that's the way that, you know, at this stage in my life, and I'm 80 now, I don't necessarily, I just think I'm okay doing what I'm doing and this sort of two hours spent is so gratifying for me. And so people want to spread the news and the message, et cetera. Reviewing the talks. If they like it, fine. If they don't, if they want to spread it out, that's good. And then I think you and I can talk about other ways in our own time.
That'll be fantastic.
