A speaker (Sachin Patel) advises new entrepreneurs—particularly clinicians—to avoid focusing only on the business mechanics and to remain grounded in the scientific purpose of their profession. They recommend ongoing learning by attending conferences (mentions 4M twice a year, AMMG, and SEEDS World Congress for Peptides) to keep up with evolving developments.

I would encourage anyone who, especially just starting out, that it's easy to get stuck on the business side of being an entrepreneur and how I start a business and how do I develop my offerings, my programs and all the tech involved in putting the pieces together. But don't forget the science behind what we're doing and why we're a doctor, a nurse practitioner, whatever your background may be. Don't forget why you're doing this and stay true to that and honor that. And so I go to a 4M twice a year. I go to other events. I've gone to AMMG on and off throughout the years as well. I go to SEEDS World Congress for Peptides. I go to all these different conferences because there's constantly new things coming and growing and evolving and so just don't lose that. It's so easy to kind of push that aside. But I would really encourage the listener to stay focused on that.
