Hey, Sachin. Here. Are you struggling with a chronic health challenge that nobody can figure out? Well, I want to give you five things to explore to make sure that you're leaving no stone unturned. These things are often overlooked, even by traditional and holistic practitioners, including myself at one point. So, first and foremost is breathing. If you're breathing unconsciously, you're probably breathing incorrectly. Number two is circadian rhythm. The rising and setting of the sun and the positioning of the sun plays a huge role in our health and wellness. That's often overlooked. Number three is proper sleep. Sleep might be one of the most important tools that you have at your disposal, because that's when our body heals, repairs and regenerates. Number four is blood sugar stabilization. Not just a single marker after fasting, you know, once or twice a year when you see your doctor, but what's happening to your blood sugar throughout the day. That can reveal important information about your hormones and your health and, of course, the health of your diet. Next and last but not least, is, of course, movement. Moving throughout the day, not just exercising at specific times, can be a valuable tool in your healing.
