A friend of mine just recently asked me what's the most effective way to acquire new leads, educate them and nurture them and show them the value of what we have to offer. So for me, that answer was a no brainer. It was running a challenge. A challenge is a great way to help a specific audience solve a specific problem over a specific amount of time. And if you can identify something that you can help your clients solve in a very short period of time and almost guarantee results, then you are very, very set up to run a five to seven day challenge already. Because the hardest part is knowing what to do and then after that, the delivery of it is actually pretty easy. So first you want to identify who your audience is and what problem you want to solve. So let's say you have menopausal women who are looking to lose weight. So you would do a five day, five pound challenge for menopausal women. You see, everyone here has a specific problem there, a specific avatar that's easy for them to identify with. It's easy for them to raise their hand and say me. And it's easier for you to now create a solution because you have a general sense of what challenges menopausal women are facing that are contributing to their difficult weight loss or difficulty in losing weight. So you can knock that out of the park for sure. You know, reducing inflammation, all that kind of stuff. Think of something that you can solve for your client that's specific. It could be a bloating challenge, right? You could do a five day bloating challenge, eliminate certain foods that are problematic, right? Get them to slow down and eat their food. You could reduce bloating for thousands of people who are struggling with sibo over the course of five days. Now, you're not eliminating their problem completely because, and you're going to educate them through the process on how they can work deeply with you. But you're going to able, you're going to easily be able to reduce their bloating. That's a no brainer. Okay, I know you can do that if that's your specialty. So what I want you to identify is who that is, what's the specific problem? And then what are five tips? What are five different topics that you can talk about that can help this person solve this problem? It could be modifying their meal timing. We do it without our clients changing their diet. We have them do intermittent fasting. So they're not changing their diet, they're changing when they eat. They could eat the same amount. They're just changing when they eat, we're doing it without adding more exercise. We're actually telling them to slow down, get more sleep, get more rest, have more downtime, meditate, get grounded, spend time in nature. Those are the things we're teaching them. We're also teaching them how to breathe better, become conscious of their breathing. So these are some simple things that you can talk about. And you just need to be able to talk about this topic for about five minutes. Okay? They don't need to hear a PhD dissertation on the topic. They don't have time for that. They want the golden nuggets. What's the thing I need to know? Tell it to me in five minutes or less. And you're going to get way more engagement that way. And you're going to be able to create content way faster that way, right? What good is an hour long video if people only watch two to three minutes of it? You may as well not have created it. So that's why I'm going to try to keep this video really short. So challenges are an excellent way for you to be able to identify a problem for a specific audience, help them solve it. And now you become the next and most logical part of their journey, right? If it stops there and they got the result, awesome. If they got results. But they need more work, guess what? The next logical person for them to work with is you. They're not going to start this process all over again with somebody else. So you become the most obvious choice, whether it's now or whether it's later, if you do this right. So I invite you to do some challenges. I challenge you to run a challenge, in fact, and watch what magic it can do for your practice. We were getting leads for less than $2 when we were running our challenges. And of course things change over time, but it was by far the most cost effective lead generation strategy for us and we loved delivering. It was such an awesome time. So might be the same story for you or very similar story or even bigger story by doing challenges for building your practice. I hope this helps. I'll talk to you soon.
