$500K/Year in High-Ticket Sales: Vivian Weyll Mentors a Closer.

Vivian Weyll mentors a closer aiming to earn $500,000/year in high-ticket sales. She walks the speaker through reverse-engineering the income goal into $41,600/month, $10,416/week, and ~$2,083/day, then probes limiting beliefs (not dialing, lack of leads, fear of losing time with family, frugality). Vivian reframes those beliefs, shares her own revenue trajectory (claims of ~$800k first year, >$1M next, and later ~$17M), and prescribes a short sacrifice period (work ~10–12 hours weekdays for ~3 years), association/mentorship, and lead investment (example: ~$3,000/week or ~$12,000/month) to reach the target.

Okay, so you want to, you want to work, you want to make money. How much money do you want to make a year?
I want to make half a million dollars. Okay, so you want to make 500,000.
Your income goal is $500,000. Okay, so hold on, let me get my phone. So you want to make $500,000 a year. Okay, so you have to reverse engineer everything. So you're going to divide that by 12 months. So that's $41,600 per month. Okay. Now this is your income goal. So that means you're going to, you want to make that money right now, $41,600,000. You have a vehicle to make that money, right?
Yes.
So what will take for you to make $41,600 a month? So we're gonna divide that by four. So that would be $10,416 a week. And then I'm gonna divide that by five. Let's say they work five days. So if you work five days, that is $2,083 a day for a five day week. Okay, I'm being nice. I'm being very nice. Okay, so all you gotta do to get to this goal is $2,083 a day. Now ask me, Vivian, is it hard to make $2,033 a day? $2,083 a day? Do you think it's hard to make it 20, $83? Ask you? No. No. Do you think it's.
Do I think it's hard? I don't think it's hard.
So why aren't you doing it?
Sometimes I do, sometimes I don't.
Why aren't you doing it?
I don't know.
You do know. Why aren't you doing it? Why aren't you doing it?
I'm not dialing enough.
Why aren't you dialing enough?
I'm not closing enough.
Why aren't you closing enough?
I need more leads.
Why don't you have enough leads?
I should get more leads.
Why aren't you getting more leads?
I'm being frugal.
Why are you being frugal?
I don't know. I think I'm not spending enough money to make $2,000. $2,083.
Because it's not important to you. If I take your daughter and I put her in the back of my car and then give you a call and say, hey, you need to give me $41,600 at the end of this month for me to give your daughter back. Are you going to be fucking frugal.
But I know that I'm not.
That's important to you. You're gonna make it happen, aren't you?
Yes.
Okay, so here's the psychology for you, for, for some, for you to. When you decide. Because the majority of the problems with everybody is that balloon decides. It's important to you, to them, enough. So for me, when I started in this industry, it was important, all right? It was so important that I never hit a. I never hit a mark once in my life ever. So, okay, let's say that case today.
Go.
Okay, Viv, you got me. Please don't take my daughter. I am going to make $2,083 a day. Because at the end of 365 days from now, it's not an option. I'm going to make $500,000. So how do you reverse engineer to make sure that you hit that mark? Okay, so here's the thing. You have the vehicle, right? So it's insurance. That's your vehicle, okay? You have the vehicle. It's a. The best freaking vehicle in the world. Now you go, okay, I want to make 500 grand. $500,000 of money sounds like something that would motivate people, but it doesn't. I mean, at least it doesn't motivate me. So let's go into the real questions. Why do you want to make this money?
So that I can pay off debt, pay off my daughter's university.
You want a new house?
A new house.
Okay. Okay. What else? Let's just take one. You had told me before, you want to buy a new house. Okay, buy a new house. Buy a new house.
Buy a new house.
Okay, so you want to buy a new house right now. Like I was telling you before, there's something that we do with our mindset and our identity that we go, okay, I want to buy a new house. But somehow we put in a little pocket in your head that is like really far fetched dream that only God has control over it. You don't have control over it, which is, I'm sorry, I know you're a woman of God, but it's bullshit. You have control over it. God gave you the ability. I agree. God gave you the ability to create your own reality.
I 100%.
You were made on his image.
Yes, ma'.
Am. You can't create that reality for yourself.
Yes.
So the thing is, we have established that this, right now, this is not important. Okay? It's not that important to you. Okay? Now how do we make the buy new house something that's visible that you. That's going to become important. So you're gonna go, okay. So there's. You need to become aware of your patterns. And this is what we all do. If you walk into a restaurant and you say to. You order a pizza. Okay? This is what you're doing to your mind right now. You go. You walk into the restaurant and say, hey, I want a pizza. And then the waiter go inside and tell the chef, hey, she wants a pizza. So the chef starts making a pizza, and then you're sitting on the table and you go, oh, maybe I shouldn't have a pizza. I'm gonna get fat. It's got dairy in it. I have an allergy to dairy. You're thinking about this. Then you go to the waiter and say, hey, you know what? I don't want a pizza. I'm sorry. I'm gonna have, like, a steak and for fries, because I don't need a dairy. And then he goes back into the kitchen and he goes, okay, she doesn't want the pizza. Throw up the pizza. She wants the steak and fries. And then the chef starts making the steak and fries. Before he could finish that, you already thinking, oh, no, no fries. It's too greasy. I need a salad. So then the guy comes back and you're like, hey, she wants a salad. Now, what happens is you doing that to your brain. Because what happens is you're probably thinking, all right, I want to buy a new house. For me to buy a new house, I need to make $500,000 a year. For me to make $500,000 a Year, I probably have to work 10 hours a day. If I work 10 hours a day, I won't be able to see my kids as much as I do now. I have to buy leads. And if I buy leads, what if I fail? What if I lose that money? What if. What if it doesn't work? So what happens is your brain that is programmed to go into always in the negative, negative and negative and negative. Then you start, like, going, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this. You have a little thing. It's called your reticular activating system, your brain of pieces of information every single day. But if you could process all those billions of pieces of information, your brain would explode. Therefore, because you can't, this little thing, which is your brain, brain's gatekeeper, is stopping you from seeing the things that are not important to you, and they're filtering all the pieces of information that's coming into your brain. So what happens is, when you start thinking about making $500,000 because you want to buy your dream house. Then you start thinking about the things that come attach the new house, which is basically when you're sitting on the table and you're going, hey, hold on a minute, I order pizza, the dairy is going to give me an allergy. And then you start second guessing yourself. And then you didn't even notice your brain just order something else. Then you start downgrading your dreams. Or worse, you start going, okay, I'm gonna quit because it's not working for me. I'm gonna find something else. I'm gonna go back to sell group insurance when I was knocking everywhere like a maniac. This is what you're doing right now. So what happens is you are feeding your rats. You're literally feeding your rice. That 10 hours a day is a lot. You need to sacrifice time. You're gonna have to sacrifice time with your kids. So maybe it's not worth it. Then you think you have to buy leads. What if it doesn't, doesn't work and you fail? And if you fail, what if you lose your money? What happens is the ra, the gatekeeper of your brain and the filter of your brain is going. That's all she's focusing on right now. What's going to happen is because this is your. What, what are you filtering into your brain? This is, you're gonna, it's gonna go through your ass. And then your ass is going to give you this rejection because you're thinking about failure. It's going to give you like, like pain. It's going to give you hardship. Because everything that you put in this specific goal, everything that you associating is with all the reasons you shouldn't do this. So you have to change the way you think. You have to first. The biggest issue with salespeople is that sales people think that you need to master how to sell. And you do. Don't get me wrong, you need to know how to sell. You need to know how to do it right on purpose. You need to know how to ask questions. You need to have the right skills to make this happen. But the biggest issue that people have is that they don't understand each muscle brain first. Because if you, you can have all the skills in the world, but if your inside is fucked up, you will never make it. So how do we change this? How do we completely change this? Okay, so let's talk about how we're gonna change this. Okay, so, all right, so we want to buy a new house. Right now. As of right now, we're thinking. Tell me one of the things that goes through your mind when you think, okay, why is it so hard to make $500,000 a year? Tell me. Tell me your own things. Let me. Let me delete mine. Tell me your own things.
Like the obstacles that I think of. Yeah.
What are the obstacles?
Okay, so why I think it's hard. Is that it?
Yeah, because.
Well, because I haven't done it before, so it must be really, really tough. I've never done this before, and.
If.
I haven't, with all the effort and years that I have in sales, then it's got to be difficult.
Okay.
Right.
Limiting. Leave. Okay.
It's.
How do you think that you making $500,000 a year, having to work to this level is going to affect your family?
Yeah, I think that it's gonna take such a long time that I'm not gonna be there for my teenagers that I very much want to be there for. I won't be able to spend time with them, especially in the evenings and be accessible to them because I will be in appointments all through the evening and night and probably lose on special time and events with them that I won't be able to be there for because I have to reach the goal of half a million dollars. Okay. Same thing with my husband. Right. I won't be able to spend time with my husband. We'll probably be texting, not seeing each other's faces. And then also the thought of, like, well, that's gonna take a lot of leads. Okay, half a million dollars. You know, like, how much is that gonna take? And is that. You know, I don't know. Am I comfortable putting in all that kind of money? And am I gonna be able to really close the money that. The leads that I put in.
Okay.
What else?
Okay, what else? Okay, that's good. Okay, so I'm gonna ask you a question.
Okay.
What is more important to you? The time with your kids or the new house in your brain? In my brain.
The new house.
No, no, no, no, no. Like the new house that you're thinking about or time with your kids?
What's more important?
Yeah. Be honest. I want you to be honest. I want to spend. I. I mean, you want to spend time with your kids.
I want to spend time with my kids, but I already kind of spend good time with my kids.
No, no, the reality is you. You. The time with your kids. Nothing's ever going to be more important than this.
Right.
So what are you doing right now? Is you're telling yourself. You. You're telling. You're telling yourself a story that what you read. What do you want in your brain is going to sacrifice what's the most precious thing in your life, which is time with your kids, which is time with your husband, which is money that you have in the bank that you don't know if it's going to come back. This is the story you are telling yourself. This is literally the story you're telling yourself of what's going to take for you to make what you say you want to make. Do you think this is ever going to win? You never gonna make $500,000. You are a byproduct of the stories you tell yourself. Ever. You will never make $500,000 unless you change who you are, unless you change the stories, unless you change the identity, unless you reframe how you're going to get there. Do you want to know. Do you want to know how much money I wanted to make when I got into this industry?
How many, how much?
I just wanted to pay the bills. I didn't care. I just.
There was no money. It was just like, I just want to pay this month's bill. Yeah.
Go grocery shopping and pay the rent. Then when I started surviving, I was like, hey, oh, my God, I think I made like 800,000 my first year in the industry. And then I was like, I just, like. I remember getting into this little corporate overview for the first IMO that was part of. And I told this guy, you know, I'm gonna make 250, 000 my first year. He looked at me, he says, oh, okay, you can do it. And he laughed at me. And three months later, I was in a team call, like on the national call for the whole company. And he's like, vivian, I'm so sorry I laughed at you because I. I had made, I think, like 65, 000 that month. And this guy laughed at me because I told him three months before that it was going to make $250,000. So here's the thing. I just wanted to pay the bills. I wasn't like, oh, my God, I want to make. I just want. I made, I think, $800,000 in my first year. And then the next year, like, it passed a million dollars. But here's what I was thinking, okay? I want to show you the difference between how you associate this money and how I associated my money. So for me. And this is Vivian over here. Okay, Viv.
Okay.
So I was thinking I need to make whatever money. So let's say that I wanted to make $250,000.
Okay.
When I started, I need to make that because I haven't done it before. But if they can do it, I can do it. I was thinking, I've been working, I was a business owner and I've done all these things for the last 15 years. I mean, it might take a little bit of time for me to figure out, but it won't take 15 years. I was thinking if I make this type of money, I will have more freedom and time to spend with my kids. Later, not right now, later.
Of course, of course.
I was thinking, I, I'm working like a dog right now. I was working 20, 20 hours a day. And I have no special time cuz I have no money to pay for it. I'm always broke, I can't pay the bills and I'm going up 14 flights of stairs. So I guess I'm gonna be able to have some more money to be able to have some special time. I will have special time now we'll have a special time with my kid. Okay. I was thinking right now my time with my husband is of stress, it's of desperation. We don't actually enjoy anything in life. When I have the money, the bills are paid, I can actually breathe. I was thinking, what? The more leads I spend, the more money I have. Oh, give me all the leads. I was thinking, I have no doubt, I will multiply this money like my life depends on it. But most important, I was thinking, if I do this for the next three years, I will never have to sacrifice time with my kids, time with my husband, time with my family, time with my friends. So my first year, I did $800,000. My first, my second year, I think it was like almost $3 million. Last year was $17 million. That's the $17 million story. This is the I make no money story. So you gotta change your stories. The question is, how do you change your stories? You gotta reframe them. How do you reframe your stories? The problem is a lot of times you don't even know that you're sending different offer orders. You say, hey, God, I want this. And then your subconscious mind is working again. So God goes, hey, okay, I guess you don't want this. I'm not gonna give it to you. Get it? So how do you reframe your stories? Let's reframe your story. Yes.
How? Okay.
Okay. Buy a house. We want to buy a house. We want to buy a house. New house kettle. How do we reframe the story? So let's go with this. We have all the negative things that are part of our, our brain. So let me do this. Let me do my example. Okay?
Okay.
Let me, let me delete this. It's easier to explain if I do my own example. Okay, so. Okay, so there's something that I want for a long time. There's. I almost bought an airplane last year because I had to offset my taxes and I bought a yacht instead. Why did I buy a yacht and I didn't buy an airplane first? Because to be honest, I really don't need an airplane. I don't, but I really want one. I dread flying commercial. I hate flying commercial. There's nothing that I hate more. But to be honest, I don't specifically need an airplane because I don't even fly that much. Okay, so let's say I want an airplane. Okay? I want an airplane. So what are the good things about having an airplane? No airports, no waiting. Freedom to go anywhere I want, anytime I want. And it makes me a badass.
Yes, it does.
Okay. I just. I want an airplane. Okay, now what are the stories that I keep telling myself? The cost of maintenance. That is the biggest problem I have. It's not how much the airplane costs, it's not how much they're playing like, you know, the things that you have to do on a day to day basis. It's not, it's not the crew. The problem that I focus on is the cost of maintenance. So in your case, is it sacrificing the time of your kids? And we're gonna go there, all of those things, right? So the thing that holds me from buying an airplane or having an airplane making is the cost of maintenance. Why? One engine might go out and it might cost you a million dollars just to replace an engine. So I go, it doesn't even make any sense. I'm just shorter whenever I need it, right? Or it might be like there's some crazy stuff that can happen when you own an airplane, right? And the thing is, to be honest, it doesn't make sense because I really don't travel that much to take on that, that burden if it happens, right? For example, my yacht stuff happens in my yacht. And it's like, okay, I use the yacht. It's like it's the apple of my eye. It's my favorite thing. It's worth it because I use the yacht. So how I was thinking about this this morning, how I'm going to get myself an Airplane. Okay.
How.
So? There are specific things that I want to do in my career that I have to step up. Okay. To justify me having an airplane.
Yes.
So what is the stuff that I'm lacking? I'm just sitting here and I'm not doing good enough.
So.
I want to doing more public. Start doing more public speaking. When they start doing a lot more and a lot of times I even say no to specific speaking engagements and stuff just because it's not important to me. Just like for. It's not important to you? Right? It's not the focus of what I want to do. But I'm like, you know what? I actually do love doing public speaking. So once I'm doing a lot more public speaking and I have to be in a lot of different cities. So let's say that doing more public speaking now I'm like traveling three times a week. I want to write a book. And I've been procrastinating on writing this book forever. So I want to write a book. When I write a book and have to be everywhere for book tours, hey, nerve planning will be handy. What are other things that, that I want to do that I've been. I want to do more conferences. So like sales conferences, business conferences or conferences. I want to be part of more masterminds, inner circles where I'm going to different links to. To get around more people like minded. So masterminds. So basically the airplane is not important to me, but it's something that would be nice to have it happen. And it only really hits my mind when I'm at the airport sitting at the security gate. That really, really, really bothers me because I know that I should be on my own private plane. It's not important to me because my brain can justify it. Create the environment that your brain can justify it, then it becomes important to you. And then what happens is this environment must be so valuable that no matter what is negative that could possibly happen, it doesn't matter matter because this is worth it. Like it's. It's more valuable than the negative stuff that could happen. Does that make sense?
Yes. The positives are way more, way more of the negative.
Okay, so now let's do that with you. Okay, so this was, this was me. Now let's talk about Case.
Okay.
So let's talk about case making $500,000 a year. So let's say that you, you know, for you to make $500,000 a year so you can buy dream home. Okay, now let's talk about the negatives. Again. So no time with kids, no time with husband. Kids and husband. No, no. Tell me again the things that you.
Missing out on important things of theirs like missing out on special time with them.
Missing out on special time.
Oh, and we also said that like I haven't done it before, so it's probably really hard. It was probably going to take a lot of leads and money.
A lot of leads. Money.
I think that's it.
Okay, so those are the things that are holding you back right now. Let's talk about what is it that you need to do to reframe these false premises, this limiting belief to make this be a no brainer, where this does not bother you anymore. When you delete this from your brain, then making $500,000 a year is just what you do. Does that make sense? Okay, so let's talk about what are the things that you need to do to reframe this. So let me ask a question. If you could spend 10 hours a day the next year working Monday through Friday, you don't need to need to work weekend, by the way. I don't know anybody that doesn't work a lot in that works less than 10 hours a day, that makes a hundred thousand dollars a month. So if you can make $500,000 a day and you work a year, $500,000 a year, and you work Monday through Friday, let's say from 8am to 8pm and you make $500,000 a day for the next, let's say three years. And then in three years from now, you have all the time in the world that you want with your, your kids, your kids and your husband, would that be worth it?
Absolutely.
Okay, so. Okay, so sacrifice, it's not even sacrifice because everybody does between driving, it's a regular sacrifice at max, three years for freedom. Okay, so if you knew that if you work your ass off for the next three years, 10 hours a day, Monday through Friday, and you could have freedom forever where you have a business, you can work like today, if I sit down and I write business for two days a week, I'll make 100 grand in a month. Would you like that?
Absolutely. Yes.
So when I tell you that today, you know, five years later, I mean, I could do that, could do that in two years. But if I tell you that I had no experience in five years from now, you know, five years ago, and then two years later I, I had no experience, okay, I bought all the leads in the world that I could get, okay? And I spent a lot of money, but in Two years I was making. Not two years. In one year, I was making $100,000 a month. If I can do that. Do you think you can do that?
I think I can do that, but.
You'Re going to have to sacrifice it and. And. And work your booty off for the next three years to get to that level. Would you do that?
Yes.
Okay, so if Viv can do it, I can chill. Okay, so you need to sacrifice the next few years. If I can do it. Okay. So you said that you didn't have experience making the money, but you did have experience making money.
Yes.
With other stuff.
Correct.
Did you have the mentorship that you have now?
No.
Did you have the resources that you have now?
No.
So you think that if you have double of the mentorship, double of the resources, double of the associations, the people are. Did you have the people around you making the type of money that you want to make?
Nope.
How many people in the agency make $500,000 a year right now?
Yeah.
Multiple. So if they can do it, can you do it?
Yes.
Okay, so belief. So you're going to borrow. You're gonna borrow the belief because there's multiple people doing it. That's the power of associations. Right.
And then.
Why do you need to miss out time with your special people? You don't even need to work weekends if you don't want to. You can just work weekdays, 10, 12 hours a day, and you can make $500,000. $500,000? $2,000 a day. Are you kidding me? So now here's the thing. When you wake up in the morning, if you think, hey, it's one more day towards those three years to have freedom forever and make not $500,000, because if you're not making a million dollars in three years, I'll beat your ass. Okay, so one more day.
I only.
I only need three years. Okay? If Viv can do, I can do it, too. And you know what? Dave is making 500,000. Alex is making 500,000. Like Brent is making five. All these guys are making $500,000. So if they can do it, I can do it. And then when you wake up in the morning, you go into that where it's simple. If I can make $500,000 a year for the rest of my life with these skills, I'm going to develop in the next year by going all in. Go all in. In become obsessed. Do you think that if you become obsessed, you go all in? You borrow the belief from the people around you because you have a Badass network. If you listen, you know, you listen to Viv and you, you understand that you're going to have to do that for a little bit of time. Do you think that you're going to make $500,000 a month?
No doubt.
So do you think that it's worth to do these things and delete these things? Is this more important than this? It is. Or not?
Yes, it is. It is.
So do you think that this is more important today than this, for you to get to this?
Yes.
That's how you reframe it. You need to make sense logically in your brain, and you need to understand and become aware of. That's where clarity comes in that the things that are holding you back are really only fake stories you're telling yourself. Reframe those stories. Then you start thinking that's priming your ass means start thinking of the actual things you need to do every single day that are important to you. Obsession is the key. Go all in. What I mean by go all in is like you say, you want to make $500,000 a year. So let's break that down. $500,000 a year. It's $41,000 a month. You probably have to make $41,000 a month. You're probably going to have to spend $3,000 a week. So you're going to spend. You're going to spend in leads. You're going to spend $12,000 in leads. Okay, you're going to spend $12,000. It could be less, but $12,000 in needs. I. I guarantee you that with that $12,000, you can issue, pay 60. 65. And now that 65, you're definitely gonna make $60,000. $50,000. $500,000.
$500,000.
Right. So it's that simple. It's a math equation. And you also need to make sure that you understand what is holding you back. It is not your needs, it's not your upline. It's not your system. It's you. It says it's always you. You fail, it's you. You succeed, it's you. It's all you make sense.
Makes sense. Love it.
