Are employees bad if they leave at 5? 🕟 #shorts

Just because it's 5 o' clock doesn't mean shut down and go. Hear me out. Yes it does. Later he talks about how if you leave right at 5 means you were looking at the clock at 4:59, so you weren't working.

I'm Vivian Viall. I am the CEO of a 13 multi million dollar companies and I disagree with both of them. Just so you have an idea. Throughout my company, all of my employees work from home on Fridays. If anybody really wants to take a vacation, go somewhere, they come to me and say, hey Viv, I'm going to be in Costa Rica. Can I work from there? And I'm like, absolutely. Do you know? Because I trust my employees enough to get the job done, whether they're working at 7 o' clock in the morning or 8 o' clock at night or ending at 5 o' clock or ending at 2 o', clock, I don't care as long as things are getting done. If you're their employee, that's just looking at the time. You're really not working for the right people or the right company or you're really not happy with it. I don't have that problem in my company, so I don't relate. Follow for more business education.
