This is a YouTube video titled "Leadership is an art!" containing a monologue by Vivian Weyll recorded on October 25, 2023. In this English-language content, Vivian Weyll discusses the qualities of leadership, emphasizing selflessness, confidence, trust, and mentorship as key aspects of effective leadership.

I think that not everybody is built to lead. Leading is an art. Being able to work with a group of people and get them to follow you, to trust you, to surrender to you. Because the people that are working with you and they're trusting you, they are surrendering themselves and their abilities and their opportunity to your leadership and your coaching or mentorship. A good leader is selfless. And that's not to say that a good leader is not confident. I'm extremely confident. Sometimes I'm oh my God, confidence galore over here. I have no doubt about where I'm going to go, what I'm going to achieve, where I'm going to get. I have no doubt. If I believe in something, I will jump. If I have to do anything for anybody that I believe on, I will jump and I will do what I got to do. But I will do anything for the people I lead.
