Best Practice to keep

Master one platform first, then build reusable templates in Canva and a 90-day WIN calendar to plan posts by theme. Set a consistent posting rhythm like three times a week, automate with Canva's scheduler, and hand the whole system off to a virtual assistant.

Couple of tips is do one, one platform really, really well when you're first starting out, and as you're doing, cross-pollinate it across to other things. Save yourself some time by setting up some templates to create your content, whether it's visuals and the wording that those videos. If you're not already using Canva, Canva is a great place for that. I'm sorry, I assume everybody already has fallen in love with Canva and everybody's familiar with it. So create some templates in advance, absolutely within Canva. Find your images in advance so you don't go down a time-wasting rabbit warren trying to find the right image. So set stuff up in advance. I print off, I haven't got one here, a 90-day calendar plan from off a website called Win, W-I-N calendar. It's just either a Word doc or a spreadsheet doc, a calendar for each month. And then I write on the top of the calendar, you know, what my theme is for the month, and I work out what I'm gonna post. So that's how I create and choreograph the campaign, so I've got a bit more structure to it. If you can get that onto a calendar, you can eventually replace yourself because you can pass that on to somebody else to do for you. That's part of that duplication and replication process. And from a consistency perspective, if you start at that sort of 3 times a week, find your consistent rhythm. And within Canva, you can post and schedule posts so that can be done for you. So you can do it in advance or you can get somebody to do that for you, like a virtual assistant and all sorts of things. But stopping, setting yourself up with some of those systems, simple systems, starting with simple systems and being consistent with that will give you the biggest bang for your buck that you're going to make.
