where I see I've got a 3-dimensional career review process that I work with people. I'm saying there's 3 levels to a career. The first level is purely a job for an income, and that's usually the starting point for all of us. So as you would know, then it's sort of as we mature a little bit, it becomes about career for growth, advancements, more income, greater status, and developing our leadership. And then there's the third level, which is called the calling level. Where it's about serving a purpose beyond our own life, beyond our own family, and for the contribution to humanity, if you like. That's what I'm saying to these people. There is— what else is there? This is what is the what else. It's your contribution that you'll be remembered by, that will register your existence on the planet.
