Crossing the bridge to animal consciousness

Speaker B presents the PEACE Index, a tool that sorts stress into five categories: people, place, provision, personal health, and purpose. Speaker A emphasizes purpose as key to balance and productivity across different areas of life.
On that element, how do we bring more of that, of what that balance and that presence and that productivity into the different areas of our life?
Well, there's something that I love to share with the people that I work with, and it's a tool. You know, we talk— you introduced me with saying with leadership tools, and this is one of my favorites. It's called the PEACE Index. Index, and it actually is just a way to measure our stress level. And it comes in 5, 5 different buckets. We have the people, place, provision, personal health, and purpose.
Purpose.
So what we, what we can do is we can break down the actual pinpoints of where our stress is coming from. Sometimes when we're so stressed or overwhelmed, we tend to just be generic and say, I'm so stressed. Where are you stressed? Your place might be fine. Your provision, you might have enough. You might have what you need. Maybe it's your people that you're having relational conflict with. Maybe it's your purpose that you don't feel fulfilled. You're not in the right line of work for your personal fulfillment and getting you excited to be out of bed in the morning. So it is a tool that we use to figure out where you're lacking peace. Where is your stress coming from? Because then now, I mean, this comes down to the data-driven information. Once we know it, there it is. I'm telling you, this is where it's coming from. No one else can tell me where my stress is coming from. It's very subjective. But it's what's happening for me. Then now I can take the steps. to alleviate some of those? What's in my control? What's not in my control? What do I need to do to increase my, my peace in that area?
