In this instructional walkthrough, the presenter demonstrates how to take an eight‑page book chapter and transform it into a suite of visual and downloadable assets using Canva. The process includes extracting one‑liners to create 32 bite‑sized content tiles, turning dot points into short videos with motion and sound, designing infographics and one‑page documents, and leveraging the Brand Kit for consistent visual branding. The speaker also shows how to build monetization and lead‑generation tools such as checklists, downloadable e‑books, and mini‑training courses that can serve as high‑value lead magnets. Throughout, the presenter highlights the ease of creating these assets in Canva and offers assistance with setup, including virtual assistant support. The overall message is that Canva enables creators to maximize a single piece of content across multiple formats for both audience engagement and revenue opportunities.

Hi! I thought I'd share with you very, very quickly some of the really, really cool things that you can do on Canva and unlock that visual appeal that awaits you within the great space of Canva. So here's a quick walkthrough from a presentation I did a little while ago. And this is a walkthrough where we turn an 8-page book chapter into 32 bite-sized content pieces. And 2, list building or monetizing opportunities as well. So I've dropped a few examples within this video that I just want to walk through and just show you what are your possibilities within Canva. So here in this particular one, excuse the spelling mistake there, we do have some content tiles that we have created from Little one-liners from within the 8 pages of the book chapter for Carolyn. Here we've actually created and found some dot points and they make great videos. And you can see a quick here that this video moves. And of course, you can create these in Canva as well. Here we saw a static video in her book chapter. It's got again those dot points, etc. So we were able to create a video there again with movement and sound and videos in the background. So these content or static videos are very, very easy to create in Canva as well. Here we identified a potential infographic. This is what we came up with for Carolyn. There's lots of different opportunities for infographics. Here are some examples of mine. Here are some other examples of infographics that you can do on Canva or just one-pager documents that you could create on Canva as well. These have all been created through utilizing the Brand Kit and all of the visual elements within Canva. Here are a couple of mine. Again, unlocking all of these little elements have been found and created within Canva. This is where it gets interesting, particularly for an 8-page book, because this is where we found the monetizing opportunities by looking and seeing the potential to create a checklist out of these 1 to 6 tips that were here, which were great advice tips. So here's an example of mine. This is a 20-list checklist, but you know that checklist can be turned into a one-pager, or it can be turned into graphic tiles, which are what these are here. And then these graphic tiles were then added together for each of these elements here and turned into a downloadable ebook. So again, there's lots of opportunities to use that one piece of content in multiple different ways. Here's another lead magnet opportunity, a little bit more higher value because we've looked at this particular section within this 8-page book. These elements here could make a great mini training or video, and I've just made it a bit bigger there for you to see. So what I mean by a mini training or a video sequence is typically looks like this. It looks like a mini course with your lessons or your videos. And people often give those away as free lead magnets or free courses. So there's some opportunities of what you can do with the brilliance of Canva. And as I've said in my newsletter, if you do need a hand with any of that setup or sorting stuff out or helping get your VA up and running, then these are all areas in which we can assist you. So I hope that's been helpful. Take care.
