Speaker B tells entrepreneurial empaths they're caught between praise for their sensitivity and criticism for being too soft. They argue that serving others isn't enough: empaths must protect their own creative spark with the same care they give everyone else.
Anything that we haven't covered as it relates to the audience that you serve, which is the entrepreneurial empaths, that you'd really like them to know today and share?
Yeah, you're the future. I think humanity is moving towards greater and greater sensitivity, and so you're at the front lines, and it's like you're in a war zone because we don't live on a sensitive planet. And so I just really— I mean, I could get teary It's so important what you do because your heart is open, you're leading with it, you're guiding people with it, and that you get beaten up, get beaten up, called, you know, you're too sensitive, or that you beat yourself up because you're not moving forward on your goals because you're in this place of service. And it's not enough. It's not enough to just be serving others and responding to life's demands. There's something that wants to move through you and wants to be expressed uniquely through you. And you have to make yourself as important as a client, as your child, as your boss to have that, to make that sacred space for you to come into the world and your spark to be expressed.
