Hi, it's Sally here, your marketing problem solver. So I'm often asked, what do I actually do? So I typically work with small business owners and I help them to simplify their marketing and work out what their most profitable next steps are. That in essence is exactly what I do. But how do I go about doing that? Well, one of the key strategies that we work with is obviously simplifying. Simplifying what they're actually doing. Also, all of those thoughts that rattle through small business owners' heads, often all the time during the day and certainly in the wee hours of the morning. I also work with them to work out what is currently working in their business so we can do more of what is working and less of what isn't working. So that's how we simplify. The next step is actually getting them to focus on what is actually going to work for them and what they're actually naturally effortlessly brilliant at. What do they do in their business that's really, really easy for them? Because that creates a really good leverageable opportunity for them. It's also a good way to get them really, really clear on things that they can do in their business that will make the biggest difference and create those next profitable steps. From there, the third step that we do is we look at strategy. We look at building out an easy plan, working out and understanding what we're doing and why we're doing it because we already know based on past information that they've been able to share with me what's actually working, or we can tweak and improve things that have sort of worked and make them better and actually make them work and profitable. And the final step, which is the key to all marketing, is building a consistent plan. So here we go through and work out how we can plan your profits in advance by building a consistency, and this is where I help business owners to build a marketing plan that's very, very easy to work with, great for the team to buy into, and very, very easy to implement, and something that they'll be able to do on an ongoing basis. So that's how I help small business owners become more profitable. We work out at simplifying things, we look at what they need to focus on to give them the biggest bang for their buck, we look at the strategy, and then obviously we look at a consistent plan. So I look forward to answering any questions that you may have. Thank you, talk soon, bye.
