Hi, it's Sally here. I've talked to lots and lots of business owners on a very regular basis, and everybody is often really scared or frustrated or overwhelmed by their marketing and how to make their marketing profitable, because marketing is only an expense if it's done incorrectly. And marketing can be as simple as that— you and a great conversation with your customer. But what I find when I speak to lots of business owners is their marketing often will look like this. A couple of key points that they have in their business, but stuff going everywhere. No real clarity or strength to the conversations that they're having. And some of the great tips that I can provide you is how we can actually make you be a star in your business. Because if you have dots of really great clarity or some moments of brilliance about who your target market is, where you find them, what you do brilliantly in your business, and how you can approach your target market, you really can be the star in your business. So that's how simple marketing can be.
It doesn't work with you covering your mouth with this.
