Okay, Sally, so we've been talking about the problems that the people that you work with generally face. Who is that person that you typically work with? What's going on for them in their lives, and where are they trying to get to?
There's probably 2 typical scenarios. One is that they're just starting a newer version of their journey, and they've now got extreme clarity, they've got lots of content, they're ready to run. That's one of the things that attracts them— both tend to be fast-paced. The other scenario is those that have been doing what they been doing for a long time. They've got really good solid businesses, often at the sort of $500K and above mark, but they're wanting to grow and they know for them to grow that they need to systemize some things. The word that they usually ask when they speak to me is they say, Sally, we're looking for leverage. So they've got significant businesses, but it could be much bigger, better, bolder if they just systemized things in their business or converted some of the opportunities that they're getting.
