Why it is challenging to systemize?

Successful business owners in their 50s and 60s struggle to systemize because they're not tech-savvy and reluctant to learn new tools. They know they need consistent newsletters and lead generation to scale, but lack the technical know-how or desire to build these systems themselves.

If someone's already built a business, they've had some success, they kinda know what they're doing, why is it so challenging for them to systemize?
Generally, they're not as tech savvy, or they're not at all tech savvy, and they don't want to be. They're usually sort of 50 to 60 bracket, and they don't really wanna have to learn technology, but they're very clear on what they need to do. They've had often a very strong word-of-mouth business, they've got the large business already, or they've got a very strong credibility, so when they go to market, people just gravitate to them. They own who they are, they know who they serve, they're brilliant at the way they serve it, their clients love them. They're now looking to grow that next phase, but they've got a capacity issue and a systems issue. They do know what they need to do next, they do know that their systems are letting them down, they want to be able to communicate, they want to build a tribe, they want to do lead generation, but they don't want to learn the technology. They just don't. So that's something that we provide for them, is we can sit down together because we can build this momentum. We understand getting the speed to market. I understand what they're wanting to do as it relates to building their practice. They already have got great content, so what we're able to do is to help them leverage and repurpose their existing content so they can get consistency. That's what they're looking for. They're looking for systems, and within those systems to build consistency within their business, getting their newsletters out regularly, doing regular lead generation, really connecting with their networks and their communities and building a very strong foundational tribe that ends up referring a lot of business. So they look for consistency, they're looking the leverage, but they don't know how to do that from a systemized perspective, and they don't want to learn the technology. They want somebody to do it for them, and in some cases a little bit with them, and that's what we help them to do. We provide either the marketing problem-solving, we fix some of those issues, we get the systems that they may already have in place to work more efficiently, or we add stuff to it. And in a lot of cases, we actually provide the support person to help them do that.
