The 10 Laws of Attraction No One Explains Properly

In this New Mind video, the host critiques common, mystical interpretations of the Law of Attraction and reconstructs it using neuroscience, nervous‑system regulation, and identity work. He argues that attraction is not about wish‑fulfilling a distant universe but about how internal states, beliefs, clarity, gratitude, alignment, environment, identity, action, magnetism, and emotional balance shape perception and behavior, which in turn creates external reality. Each of the ten "laws" is presented as a practical principle with reflective questions that guide viewers to examine their current state, uncover limiting beliefs, define clear visions, cultivate gratitude as a nervous‑system practice, ensure alignment between desire and behavior, curate supportive environments, re‑condition identity, take congruent action, embody authentic magnetism, and maintain a delicate balance between desire and attachment. The speaker emphasizes embodiment over abstract concepts, urging the audience to become the person who can naturally attract the outcomes they seek.

Grand rising and welcome to New Mind, where our intention is clear and is to share information for transformation. Today's topic is a juicy one, and my intention is to dive so deep but give you practical insights to really make sense of all of it. I want to speak about something today that gets thrown around a lot online, the law of attraction. And guys, I'll be honest with you. A lot of the way this topic has been spoken about doesn't fully sit right with me and it doesn't resonate at all. Because for many people, it becomes this idea, this illusion that you sit in the room, you think positive thoughts, you visualize the dream life, and somehow the universe, this intelligence, is just going to deliver everything to your doorstep. And I'm sure you don't believe this. Neither do I. That's why I wanna get into it and actually understand this from a neuroscience perspective and actually make it more practical for you. At least for me, this is how I see most people think about it, but I wanna apply it where we understand the identity, the nervous system, and real transformation. And honestly, guys, for me, attraction is not about escaping reality. It's about understanding how your inner world affects the way you meet reality. Because when your beliefs change, when your perception changes, everything starts to change. And when your state changes, your behavior changes. And when your self-image changes, your standards change automatically. And when your identity changes, the way you show up in the world changes. That's the part most people miss. They think attraction is about wanting something Badly enough, but desire alone is not enough, guys. You can want love but still operate from fear. You can want success but still carry an identity that feels unworthy of it. You can want peace, but you still live in a nervous system that is addicted to chaos. And most people want a new life But still rehearse the old version of themselves every single day. So today, guys, I genuinely want to demystify this, and I want to break down the so-called laws of attraction through the new mind lens. Not to make it in a fluffy way, not in a mystical way, but really in a practical way, because when you understand this properly, you will realize it's not about what Wishing. It's about becoming. It's about your focus, your beliefs, your emotional state, your identity, your environment, and of course, your actions, which all of them end up focusing on your ability to hold a vision without becoming desperate of it. Now, these ideas are not completely new. Some of them go back to older spiritual and philosophical teachings including Hermetic principles like vibration, polarity, rhythm, cause and effect. They also show up in personal development, psychology, self-image work, NLP, and nervous system work. But I don't want to just talk about them as a concept because concepts don't change your life. Embodiment does. So, As I go through them, I want you to pay close attention and I want you not to just think that this sounds nice. I want you to ask yourself, where am I living this? Where am I out of alignment? Where is my energy leaking? Where am I saying I want one thing but behaving in a way that reinforces something else? Because that's where real work begins. So let's begin with the first law, the law of vibration. Now, let's bring this down to earth, guys. When people hear the word vibration, they think often it's just spiritual language. But the way I see it is simple. Your state is your signal. The state you live in affects everything. When you're in fear, shame, resentment, desperation, pressure, or scarcity, you don't just feel differently. You behave differently. You speak differently. You make decisions differently. And you actually interpret life differently. You interpret opportunities completely in a different way of how you perceive them. And people feel that. They may not know exactly what you're feeling, But they feel your state. It's not about forcing yourself to be happy when you're not. It's about becoming aware of the internal state you are creating from. Because if you're creating from survival, you will make survival decisions. If you're creating from fear, you will work and look for evidence that fear is true. If you're creating from lack, even good opportunities may feel unsafe. So the question is, what state am I broadcasting today? Am I creating from pressure or from power? Am I creating from fear or from trust? Am I creating from lack or from alignment? This is so powerful. Because your state affects your perception, and your perception affects your choices, and your choices are shaping your reality. So make note of that. Now we'll move into the second law, and this is my personal favorite because through the work I do, I see this law affecting manifestation and attraction like you can't believe. And that law is the law of belief. Now, this is a big one, guys, because your belief systems becomes the filter through which you experience life. 2 people can be given the same opportunity. One sees possibility, the other sees threat. One could say, this could be the opening I've been waiting for, and the other person could say, what if I'm not ready. What if I fail? What if I'm not good enough? Same opportunity, different internal filters. And this is why beliefs are so powerful. Not because a belief magically changes the external world, but because belief changes what you notice, what you attempt, what you avoid, what you expect. and what you allow yourself to receive. And this is why mindset work alone is sometimes not enough, because some beliefs are not just thoughts, they're emotional programs. They are wired into the nervous system. They feel like truth. So when someone says, I believe I'm not good enough, they don't just think that, they feel it. They behave from it. They filter reality through it, and they can unconsciously keep creating evidence that confirms it. So guys, I want you now to ask yourself, in the area of life I want to grow, what do I consciously believe is possible for me? Not what do I say I believe. What do I actually believe? And then go deeper. What would I need to believe about myself for this next level to feel normal? Because guys, sometimes your next level is not blocked by ability. It's blocked by an old belief that keeps making the next level feel unsafe or unavailable. Make note of this, guys, because this one is so important. Let's move into the 3rd law, the law of clarity. A confused mind creates scattered energy. This should not be new to you if you've been listening to me over the years. I say this a lot, and I see this all the time. People say, I want more, I want more money, I want more peace. I want more success. I want more freedom, a better relationship, or a better life. But more is not a direction. It's too vague. Your mind needs a target. Your unconscious mind responds to clarity, images, emotion, repetition, and focus. So if you keep saying, I just want things to be better, The question becomes, what does better actually mean? Because if you're not clear, your focus becomes scattered, your decisions become scattered, your energy becomes scattered. And I want you to think about this. And more importantly, clarity doesn't mean you have to know every step. It means you know the direction. It means you know what matters. And more importantly, it means you know what you are choosing to no longer tolerate. It means you know the version of you that you are stepping into. And this is also where reticular activating system comes in. When something becomes important to you, your mind starts filtering reality different. You begin noticing opportunities, people, conversations, resources, and pathways that were probably already there, but they were not on your internal radar. You just don't say, I want a better life. You have to define it, guys. What does better look like? What does it feel like? What does it require? What decisions does it ask of you? What version of you lives there? Clarity is not pressure. Clarity is direction. So sit with that as we move into the 4th law, the law of gratitude. Now again, Let's not make this fluffy. Gratitude is not pretending everything is perfect, but gratitude is also not ignoring your problems. Gratitude is not bypassing what needs to change. Gratitude is a nervous system practice. It trains your mind and body to stop only scanning for what is missing, because when your mind is constantly focused on what's wrong, What's missing? What's not here yet? What hasn't happened yet? You start living in lack, and boy oh boy, this is a big and real problem for many people out there. Even when blessings are already present, even when support is actually present, even when progress is already happening, your system and your nervous system can't receive it because it's too busy. chasing what's next. And gratitude, guys, interrupts that pattern. It brings the body out of consistent chasing and into receivership mode. And when you feel safer, fuller, and more resourced, you make different decisions. Think about it. You stop chasing from desperation and you start creating from wholeness. So ask yourself, What is already here that I haven't allowed myself to fully receive? Gratitude does not mean you stop wanting more. It means you stop needing more in order to feel whole. And that is very different energy. Sit with that. Think about what just was shared. And I know this will be relevant to you. So practicing gratitude is key. Now let's move into law number 5, the 5th law, the law of alignment. And to me, this one is one of the most important ones because you don't attract what you want, you create and allow what you're aligned with. If you want love but you're emotionally closed, guarded, or resentful, or unavailable, there's a misalignment. So if you want success but your habits, standards, environments, and self-image do not match success— I always talk about that internal image— there is misalignment. If you want peace but your lifestyle is built around chaos, there is misalignment. So if you say, I want growth, but keep choosing comfort over truth, There's misalignment. Think about that. And the body always feels misalignment. Sometimes that's where the energy leaks are. You're saying one thing, feeling another, believing another, doing another, and then wondering why life feels heavy. Alignment is when your desire, your identity, your emotional state, And your behavior stop contradicting everything and contradicting each other. That's when life begins to feel less forced, not always easy, but more congruent. So the question is, where is my desire saying one thing, but my behavior is saying another thing? Where am I out of integrity? with the future I keep saying I want? Because alignment is not just a spiritual concept, it's a daily standard. So again, guys, sit with that. Pause if you need to here to answer those questions as we move into number 6, the law of environment. You've probably heard me speak about this plenty over the years. Your environment is programming you every day. The people you listen to, the content you consume, the spaces you live in, the conversations you keep entertaining, the rooms you enter, the standards you normalize— all of it is shaping and affecting your nervous system. All of it is shaping your self-image. And this is why environment matters so much because you cannot keep placing yourself in environments that activate the old version of you and expect consistency to become something new. If your environment constantly pulls you into fear, gossip, chaos, comparison, distraction, or even self-doubt, you will have to use so much energy just to stay regulated. So that becomes another energy leak. So the practical question is, is my environment reinforcing the old me or supporting the new one? Who expands me? Who drains me? What content makes me sharper? What content makes me anxious or reactive? What spaces help me think clearly? What conversations do I need to stop participating in? Your environment is not natural. It is either feeding your old identity or supporting the new one. So again, guys, my beautiful tribe, sit with this. Answer those questions. Pause if you need the video. Reflect as we move into the law. Number seven, the law of identity. This is the core of new mind because you will always return to the identity you believe yourself to be. This is why people set goals, make plans, get motivated, and still self-sabotage because the goal is ahead of them because the identity is behind them. They want the new life. But they're still internally organized as the old self. And if your self-image says, I'm not that person, your nervous system will resist becoming that person. It will pull you back to what is familiar, even if what is familiar is unhealthy. You've heard me say this plenty of times. Even if what is familiar is limiting. Even if what is familiar is no longer serving you, this is why identity reconditioning is so important. And you don't just ask, what do I want? You ask, who do I need to become for this to feel natural? How does that version of me think? How does that version of me speak? What does that version tolerate? What does that version no longer entertain? What does that version do when pressure comes? What does that version believe about themselves? Because you do not rise to your goals, you return to your identity. So if you want lasting change, update the identity. Thank you. Sit with that tribe. Reflect as we move into law number eight, the law of action. And this is where a lot of manifestation content falls apart because visualization without action becomes spiritual procrastination. You can visualize all day. You can journal all day. You can meditate all day. You can say the affirmations, you can create the vision board, but at some point the body has to move. Action is the bridge between your internal reality and your external results. This doesn't mean forcing. It doesn't mean hustling from survival. It doesn't mean burning yourself out trying to prove your worth. It means taking congruent action, aligned action, the next honest step, not the perfect step, not the massive step, the next step. Send that message, book that call, record that podcast, have the conversation, set the boundary, make the decision, start that thing that you've been thinking about because your nervous system does not only learn from visualization. It also learns from evidence and action that is being created, which is the evidence. Every time you act in alignment with the future you want, you teach your mind this is who we are now. Sit with that tribe. Reflect on that law as we move into law and the ninth law. which is the law of magnetism. Now, magnetism is not about trying to impress people. It's about— and it's definitely not about performing. It's not about trying to look powerful. It's all about congruency. When your energy, your words, your behavior, and your identity are aligned, people feel it. This is why I say authenticity is so important. 'Cause that is all felt with alignment. You don't need to force presence. You just become present. And this is why someone can say all the right things and still not feel powerful. And someone else can say very little and their energy communicates certainty. Because magnetism is not in the performance. It's in the embodiment. It's in the congruency. It's in the Inner alignment. So ask yourself, where am I trying to prove instead of being? Where am I seeking validation instead of moving from inner certainty? Where is my energy leaking because I'm not being congruent? The most magnetic version of you is usually the most aligned version Of you, the authentic version, not the loudest, not the most polished, and the one that is actually not trying hardest. It's the one that's most aligned. Again, tribe, reflect on this. Take time. Answer those questions as we move into the 10th law, the law of delicate balance. This is the balance between desire and attachment, because there is a big difference between wanting something and needing it in order to feel okay. When you obsess and you chase and you force, and you often move into fear, think about it, and fear creates contraction. You start overthinking, you start controlling, you start making decisions from desperation. You lose presence, you abandon your peace, and ironically, the thing that you want starts controlling you. Delicate balance means you can hold the vision without making your peace dependent on the outcome. You can want it, work for it, prepare for it, become available for it, but not lose yourself waiting for it. And guys, That is true power. Because when you can desire without desperation, act without forcing, and trust without becoming passive, you become much more effective. So the question is, guys, can I want this deeply and still stay connected to myself? Can I work from it and for it without crippling To it? Can I trust the process without becoming passive? Can I hold the vision and still be present now? This is delicate balance, and that is emotional maturity. So maybe the law of attraction is not really about the universe caring about your wishes. Maybe it's about becoming so internally aligned that your focus, your energy, your identity, and your behavior all begin moving in the direction of what you say you want. And that's where life changes. Not because you've imagined it once, not because you repeated the affirmations you didn't believe, and definitely not because you waited for something outside of you to save you. But instead, Because you became the kind of person who could see it, believe it, hold it, act on it, and receive it. So don't just ask, what do I want to attract? Ask instead, who am I becoming? Because your future is not only created by what you want, it is created by who you are willing to become. And when that inner shift happens, your beliefs changes, your state, your identity, your environment, behavior, all of it starts moving together. You stop chasing life from the old mind and you begin creating from a new mind. So tribe, thank you for taking the time to watch these laws. I trust these questions will induce a form of reflection, but really allowing you to dig deeper within yourself and to take action on making the changes that is necessary. And if anything resonated here, if anything feels heavy or blocked or the sense of confusion, you know where to reach me. And don't hesitate because truly I'm here to guide those who are really serious about creating change in their life. This is what New Mind's about.
