Your unconscious mind treats all stories and events as personal, making your body react to fiction the same way it reacts to real life. Fear leaves a charged imprint in your body that shapes how you interpret the future, causing you to project past fear onto what hasn't happened yet. That projection is anxiety.

One thing we need to know, we go back to the prime directives of the unconscious mind, is that we take everything personal. Yep. So if someone is sharing a story, if we're watching a movie, what, uh, you know, a horror movie, even just a movie, remember we react to that movie, right? We— our body reacts to it even though it's a movie playing in front of us and we're not in the movie. So when we understand that the mind takes everything personal, we start to have a sense of responsibility of how do we have healthier boundaries for ourselves, especially if our conditioning had a lot of fear in the past. Right. Yeah. So, so one thing that is very important to understand is that everyone is wired differently. Yep. Right. And based on our conditioning and what we've been through in life, a lot of people that have a lot of anxiety, for example, in life in general, forget about what's happening now, just in general. What the reason they have a lot of anxiety is because if you look back in their timeline and you look back at their childhood and their upbringing, they would have multiple experiences in their life where they had fear. Yeah. And fear creates a charge in the body and it creates a perception. It gets, it gets stored in the body. So what happens is when they look out into the future and if the future is unknown, the body doesn't— what's the reference of the body? What's the reference of the mind? It's like what happened in the past. Yeah. So it will go, well, that might happen to me again, or that's the stories that I've experienced, which is a lot of fear. So my projection in the future, which is the unknown, will be, will be perceived in a fearful manner, which is anxiety. So anxiety is the only emotion that comes from the future.
