Me. The track is all about empowerment, not being able to take somebody down because they have a strong heart. Went into the studio, found Rosalind as, you know, a great vocalist and when I heard her voice on her initial track I was like, I need to work with this lady. We went into the studio, cut the track and the Coldplay sample wasn't even there back then. Made a different drop melody but then I switched some notes around and suddenly it was the melody of Coldplay Clock. But I never thought we could have cleared it with Coldplay. Thought they would just say no and it would be a pass. But we sent it over to them and within a week somehow we got it cleared. Thank you so much, Chris for making this happen. I think the drop with the Coldplay sample of Clocks makes it into a real dance floor banger that I'm very excited to start playing. So go check it out right now.
