And then the wild part about Spirit and Halloween Express, every store is 10,000 square feet. The average retail store costs millions to throw up and takes months. And Spirit or Halloween Express costs maybe $10,000 to $50,000 to throw up and is up in days or weeks. How much would a business like that make? Somewhere around $1 million. 3 locations open for 2 months. Once a year they would bring in $1 million. I think it was like $950 or something.
