Sam Parr investigates whether the Kennedy family is actually cursed or just prone to risky behavior. He argues that their deaths from plane crashes and assassinations have individual explanations: they piloted aircraft without enough experience, they were prominent political figures. Aggregating tragedies creates a false pattern.

Have you heard of the Kennedy curse about how they all die? No. Joe Kennedy was the patriarch. He had 9 kids and roughly 6 of them died. And then like the grandkids, they all died. Like died early, you mean? Died early. For example, assassinations, died in plane crashes. And then you like look at the story of each one and you're like, oh, this isn't a curse. You guys are just risk takers. This guy was flying a plane when he just got his pilot's license and he was flying like a jet when he should have been flying like a much slower plane. Or this person, he got assassinated because he was president and like 10% of all presidents have been assassinated. You know what I mean? There's oftentimes there's a story where each one individually can kind of make sense, but add it up together, it may seem too good to be true.
