Replit's CEO hacked his university's grading database to change his failing marks (35) to 75-90. The server crashed, an admin caught the discrepancy, and he confessed. The university president quoted Spider-Man at him, then let him fix the security breach for free instead of expelling him.

I decided to hack the university to change my grades, and I almost got away with it, but the servers at the university crashed. So one of the administrators there gave me a call. He said, look, there's a field in the database that says you're barred from the exam and your grade should be 35. That's the default grade of failing at the exam. And instead my grades were like 75, 90. And I was like, okay, I'm just gonna come clean and just tell them what I did. So I went in there and I changed the subject to technical aspects of the hack. And they were very impressed. They say, okay, you have to go talk to the president because I think he's gonna make the final call. So I go to the president and he gave me the Spider-Man line. He's like, "Remember, with great power comes great responsibility." And I told him, I'm gonna work this summer for free to make sure I secure your databases.
