An Instagram creator with 600,000 followers used ChatGPT to build a retro rotary phone that pairs with smartphones. She went from shelving the idea in 2023 to $800,000 in sales within five months, putting her on track for $5 million in annual revenue.
Have you heard of this lady named CatGPT? This lady started getting popular on Instagram. She has 600,000 followers. One day in 2023, she came up with this idea to create a physical phone, like a landline. She like made a post about it and like no one wanted it, so she kind of put it on the back burner. And then last year she was like, you know what, AI can make this process a lot better. And she used a product, ChatGPT, to help make this a physical landline. It looks like a rotary phone, like the ones that like your grandparents maybe had, or like old school physical phones. But it's a Bluetooth device to your actual phone. She sold $800,000 worth of this product in 5 months. Now in 2026, she's tracking $5 million a year in revenue.
