Introduction To OFEX

Hello, my name is Sam Anderson and I'm the founder of Order Fulfillment Experts. We get the right product to the right customer in the right packaging for the right price. We've been doing it for quite a while now. The business has been going for 8 years and some of our customers have been with us since the very early days. Most of our clients come from having never used a fulfillment house before, so perhaps their back bedroom or their garage is groaning and overflowing with stock, and although you're fed instead of queuing at the post office. And so we very much help with that integration process and setting up systems and procedures and making sure that integration goes as smoothly as possible, and it's something we're very used to. Although we do have some customers who come to us from other fulfillment houses simply because they're looking for a much more personal service and a higher level of customer service. Now, we are still operating, and the reason we're still operating is because this industry has been allowed to continue during this time. We are very serious, however, about the safety at work, and we have in fact designated areas now for all of our, um, packers. So the packing benches have a 2-meter area around them that the pickers cannot go into so that everyone keeps their distance. Obviously, we're also sanitizing everything and washing hands regularly on arrival and all those sorts of things. So, we are continuing business as usual, in fact, although obviously with a lot more care and attention to those stipulations that I've just stated.
