And if overwhelm has got you down, consider this perspective. If you actually got overwhelmed, you die. So this just means you get a little more whelmed than you'd prefer. It also means you can handle it. How do we know? Well, you already do. Right now.
I actually love Dr. Kashi and there's actually this really cool documentary about one of those with a hike up Everest and he actually decides to do all these summits and blow away all these world records. He goes up to one of these mountains and all these climbers like, no, we're not going up. Weather's too bad. And he's like, look, sometimes you think you're. But you're really only 45%. You just keep going. And he did. He went up and summit the mountain when everybody else is too scared. And he was able to beat this world record. And so it's so right. Some people just get overwhelmed way too easily and they're actually not fully. They're just 45%. When you're coming up against a problem, don't let it beat you. If you're going through hell, keep going and you'll get through and you'll be on the other side and life will be better. Now go. Share this video.
