Adam Sand argues 80% of contractors lack a guaranteed right to success and shouldn't be the focus. The conversation targets the 20% of roofers actually in growth mode, not the rest of the market.
I say that 80% of contractors don't have a constitutional right to be successful. They have a right to exist. They have a right to their pursuit of happiness but that doesn't guarantee them that they're going to get there and that's where they lose some of the audience. The unpopularity comes in.
I'm pursuing high level contractors. I do talk to let's say newer roofers that some of them may not make it and I think that that is part of this but in general like as far as our customer I'm not, I'm not going after the masses per se. I'm really going after growth mode roofers that are like in it to win.
And that 20% they don't give a damn what I have to say. So if your back's up against the wall it's either because you know I'm right or you don't care and I'm wrong because you're not that guy. Comment below this video with your thoughts.
