This is something where we get somebody honest. Like right now, we got to get a skill saw and a piece of plywood and a tarp. I want to go to this lady's house. Like, now. We'll find a skylight as fast as we can. But first things first. Let's get your house safe and waterproof because we just got a call from a lady. And as we're in the parking lot taking this phone call, trees are blowing down. She had a skylight blow out of the roof and shatter. And now she's got a giant, like four by two open hole in her house. And she's the one right away. And usually it's like, either, yeah, we'll charge 800 for emergency charge service, or we can get there on the 26th and the customer does what any customer would do. They say, yeah, okay, I'm trying someone else as well. I'll call you back. If I run into dire straits, which they don't because there's always somebody hungrier than that. So then we don't get the customer, we don't get the deal, we don't get the money. That's what we're trying to avoid. Now, hopefully this guy's going to get out of our way. We're good to go.
