In order to get somewhere you've never been means doing things you've never done. And you have a choice. When you want to get somewhere you've never been and you know you're going to be doing things you've never done. You can be the person that has to figure all of it out and fix everything, or go find people that are better than you, smarter than you, that come in and tell you what to do in the business. And the difficult part about bringing other people into your business is you have to set them up for success. And for a lot of people, that's very, very difficult to do that, especially when they're good at it. If you've ever caught yourself continually saying, I just can't seem to find people that know what they're doing, I have a hard time finding people that want to work. It has to do with a bottleneck of ourselves, of being able to adequately train people properly, or we're not hiring good enough talent, and we're constantly running into this wall of low performers that we can never feel like we can get confidence in because we're always scraping kind of the bottom of the barrel of the talent pool.
