In order for you to go further in your business, you have to have a team. Recently, as my role has been changing in the company, I've hired and trained four people to replace what I was doing in the business. And that's where that old African proverb comes from. If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together. I was able to move faster because I kept it all in my head. But if you want four people to succeed doing the job of that one All Star, you're going to need systems and processes. Because now, as they're starting to gel together as a team, we're doing bigger and better things than we'd ever done before for our clients, even though we took the star place out of that role. And I'm really excited for you to take this tip back to your business. Think about how you can implement systems and processes and coordinate your team to outperform the star player. It'll insulate your business against people leaving and also create more economic upward mobility for your staff, because now they can all rise together. Save this video and execute on it later.
