One thing that HubSpot does better than any other CRM is customer communication. It started out as a marketing automation tool. All the marketing department wanted to know was what's happening with the leads we're generating. They're responsible for delivering leads that sell, so they want to know are the leads being communicated with. So everything about it was designed with that in mind. It is the best for email tracking. You have the send and send later feature which knows when people open their emails and will tell you the best time to send. And then calling you've got call recording with transcription which flags it for track terms that you define. Fine. SMS and texting features that integrate with other softwares allow for amazing texting functionality with everything else that's come in. All of your social media channels can be connected as well, so you can have conversations that start from chat bots and social media platforms. So you can see a chronological list of all the communications happening across very, very many channels so you get a real picture into every way your customers communicated with the CRM.
