So 85 gutter cleaning plus complimentary free roof inspection. That's in the fine print, right? But we do a free. Free gutter cleaning or sorry, not free gutter thing, but free inspection with 85 gutter cleaning. Now, not now, you. This of course means yes, you're gonna have to do some work, you're gonna have to put some systems and processes in place. You're gonna have to gutter cleaning guy, right? But you have to train a gutter cleaning guy how to do a roof inspection that you can then send back to your inside sales and then target it for a roof replacement opportunity. But you can literally get your customers to pay you to gut to, to, to be leads. Right? Because I know a guy who did this. He got his dad to run it and all his dad did was do single story gutter cleaning. And then he got a. And then they charged more for higher ones and they checked the roof beforehand. Beforehand. But this dad would go out and just crank on simple bungalow type roof roof jobs all the time because he was doing single story gutter cleaning. He'd clean the gutters. He'd be like, he had this old, this like good old boy Bob V kind of thing to him. He's like, hey, you know, while I was up there taking a look, your roof has been bad shape. Have you had that checked? Like you should probably get that looked at. Like we could get, we could get. I could jump up there and do an inspection of it quick and take you some pictures and like let you know and if you're interested. Again, I'm not a salesman, I just clean gutters. But if you're interested, like you should probably get that take like get that looked at. Bang. Retail roof job right there. Got the inspection, you got all the information. Now you can pitch it. What's that look like from a financial perspective? Okay, well you're looking at $25 lead cost because it's your, your customers are saying, oh yeah, we need our garters cleaned. 85 bucks, that's a good price. Now in that process you come there, you look at the house like actually we have a, we have a minimum. This is for, this is for this many feet. And you actually have twice that many feet. So it's actually $170. Right. But let's just assume this is a simple two sided 20 like 38 square two sided 412 bungalow. And like the inner city, you know, it's like old homes, 80s or whatever all your grandparents live in, right? So you're paying, you get, you're paying 55 bucks for delivery cost, right? It's got your cost to do it. You're closing 40% of these people on new roofs, right? That's that. I think the real number was 33, but I did 40. Math still works, but you're going to get a good close rate. So now your total cost of customer acquisition is $200. Well, if we go back here for that repair, we were paying 600 at 150 lead cost at 25 close rate, which is practically industry standard. Like that's just what guys are at, you know what I mean? Like if we get 33 to 40 close rates, that's like RBP customers when they're kicking ass. So you know, 25 just kind of the normal number. But in this example you get that close rate. You get these $13,000 replacements at a 38 profit. You're making 4,950, 940 profit. But you didn't pay for the lead because you made your money back. This here cost you, this here cost you 80 bucks. You got paid 85 and most of the time you're charging more. So this is customer funded acquisition. The customer is paying you to, to buy them as a lead, which means what? You have unlimited money to buy leads. You, you do not have a budget anymore because your customers are paying for it. So then you can spend a month on Facebook ads for free inspections, or you could spend $4,000 a month on $85 gutter cleaning and spend $6,000 starting a gutter cleaning business on the side of your roofing company that generates leads that close to 40% at a good profit. And you have no competition because you start the relationship with them earlier in the problem solving cycle. All right?
