Customer funded acquisition, free tarp delivery. Example. Okay, now we're being suggestive that this was the roofer. It's not. Okay, we're just being suggestive that this is the roofer. Bonus points if you get your logo printed on tarps. Okay, now let's look at this example. Okay, so we're doing a free tarp, right? We're just delivering a free tarp to customers after a storm. So we're just running an ad. Hey, you've been impacted by a storm. You, you've probably got some decisions to make about your roof. We're giving an absolutely free tarp. We'll deliver it to you. What are we really doing when we're doing a free inspection? Everybody? We are delivering a salesperson to you for free to come inspect your roof. Right. And what do they need to do that? Primarily a ladder. What do a lot of homeowners not have a ladder? What do you do to get on a roof? Or what do you do to put a tarp on a roof? You climb a ladder. If a customer doesn't have a ladder, their cost to get on the roof is 300 bucks. And then they got to know what they're doing and then they still got to go get maybe some more sandbags. This company actually we were working with delivered like four sandbags as well. Right? So they delivered the sandbags too. But you're going to be there anyway. And what would you be doing when you're there? Inspecting the roof. You're all going to pay for the gas. You're all going to drive there. So what hassle is it to throw 20 tarps and 40 sandbags and 50 sandbags in a truck, right? It's not a big deal to do that, but let's look at the numbers. So now your leads cost a fraction because you're just offering a free tarp, you're saying, yep, 100 free, no obligation. We're just out here trying to help the community. We're out in the area anyway. We're going to be in the area working for our customers. So, you know, if you're happy to be in the area, give us a call. Click here and we'll book you out to have a tarp delivered. Okay, now you need some tools and some systems to make this so you could deliver on it. Because you're probably thinking, oh, gosh, how would we do that? Well, get something like a ryvee, right? Like get, get some field service management in your life. And again, tool doesn't matter as much as the process. And the process does not matter as much as getting adoption. Now let's say it's going to cost you $75 to deliver the tarp and a couple of sandbags to the customer's house and some gas, right? But now because you're there and what are they going to do? You're going to have a program for putting the tarp on the roof. You're just delivering a tarp and a couple of sandbags. Hey guys, sorry to see it. Sorry to hear you guys been impacted by the storm. We really appreciate the opportunity to be out here. We're already in the area. We just want to help the community. Here's your tarp. It's got a logo on it, you know, so that's the only reason why we're doing it. You know, we want to put our logo out there so people see we're helping. But hey, it's a free tarp. You get put in. Here's the four sandbags. Need to weigh it down and then start taking care of getting your roofer to come. Oh, you need a roofer. Funny you mention it. I'm a roofer. And then what do you got? A free inspection. But you got a $10 lead. The cost of $75. Now your close rate is going to go up because you gave value first, remember? Because you're part of the problem solution cycle. Now your close rate goes up and you get 170 cost customer acquisition because one every two times you pay that you get a customer. And let's say you're still selling that same two thousand dollar pair at the 50% profit. You're making your thousand dollar profit, but you're getting additional 430 to keep from your customer acquisition costs. This is awesome. And what I'll tell you is this gets a shitload of contingency agreements and this gets a shitload of roof replacements. Okay? So very, very good lead. Okay? Very very good lead is a free tarp and it costs almost nothing, okay?
