Whenever you're about to make a transition in your life, always go out on top. Leave a legend In a prior life I was in car sales and before I left to the sales manager role, I made sure that I left number one in Canada for the entire brand that I was working with. Then it went into sales management and it came to a point where I had my roofing company, I had roofing business partner and I had the job. My boss said, hey man, you're not underperforming, but you're also not achieving your potential and we need you to pick something. I picked the business I own instead of the ones I didn't. I came in and in my last few days I made sure I left it on the mat. I filled the entire sales board bigger than it's ever been filled before. So much so that my boss thought it'd be demotivating for me to come in another day and do that. Now, as I'm transitioning out of full time on site implementation of our CRMs, I'm once again leaving it all on the map with my last CRM rollout at Royal Roofing. So I want you to think about this in terms of your life and your vision and your goals and your business. Don't leave any regrets behind that you could have done more. Leave a legend and be powerful in your presence. Save this video and execute on it later.
