Partnerships are tough. I know a thing or two about this. Having had a business partnership that didn't go very well, and I would say that he's completely accurate. You have to make sure your vision is aligned. In my case, you can go back and dissect it to the very nth degree, and that's what you'll do if you're ever in a business partnership that fails. But really what it comes down to is a difference in opinions on a vision. I wanted to have this huge vision. He wanted to have a more of a lifestyle business. And so the work ethic that I was demanding of a person who didn't want to do it meant that we were just constantly at odds with each other. And then everything else that happened after that was just the sprout outing of the seeds of that original problem. And that's where all the blame game comes and you start to go back and wonder who did this and why did this person do this and that. But really what it is, it's a difference in the visions of the founders. And he couldn't be more right. This is great advice you should take. Save this video and execute on it later.
