We are in Breckenridge, Colorado here with the RVP Rev Ops Mastermind.
The idea is, is that, you know, they've gained a lot of value from building relationships with each other, being that they're going through the same challenges. The tool is only as good as the process and the process is only as good as the adoption. I looked at this and I thought this is the coolest thing ever. And so through our RevOps program, we offer the best compliment to a company that's wanting to grow aggressively, which includes three 30 minute sessions every week so that we can make it so that anybody who's part of the chain of custody of that customer journey is going to understand the breaking points and the silos of data and misunderstandings, get them together and think how can we make the CRM better? The owners of your respective companies have just kind of come together and been totally candid and open and been willing to share numbers that usually ego gets in the front of. We got production managers from two different companies, we brought in just a minute ago, the production leaders from all the companies and it was really cool being able to get you guys all sharing with each other. So far the byproduct of this mastermind has been really good conversation. You're all following similar processes and you've all been doing it for different, varying amounts of time. I would say collectively just the ability to be around other like minded growth.
Oriented roofing company owners.
Getting to collaborate with other business owners.
Created basically this little community that like.
Minded people come together.
Having the other contractors there to be able to talk to them has been amazing. Getting to sit here and talk about what we're going to do with HubSpot.
What we can do with it, find solutions. We are able to share those solutions.
With each other and what's cool about is we all get to speak the same language now that are operating the.
Same systems and softwares that we are.
But we bring the technology, we bring Adam and then we kind of voice our opinions and we solve problems.
You know, we all get to reach out to each other and have conversations.
With people that might have already done something that problem and just fast track us to where we want to go.
Well, I mean one thing I'd like to open up too, something that adds a lot of fear into the growth and the future of our company, which.
Probably a lot of people's is labor. What's your top issue as far as roofing? Not so much the quality of the install itself, it's everything else. It's all the collateral damage. What do you guys think about that?
Because we don't technically do that.
I think it'd be something pretty cool. What makes our customers get better revenue per capita numbers, faster growth rates, better employee experiences, better customer experiences is that we are making it easier for their teams to find success because we're making decisions on a weekly basis that companies make, usually on a quarterly basis.
The collaboration has been unreal. If you missed this year or this one, don't miss the next one.
We are making improvements and they increase the revenue per capita, that's revenue per non worker employee, to $1.46 million. If you're not there, then you need this.
Simply put, I don't think you could miss this kind of stuff. You know how they say Rome's not built in a day? I mean, we're building Rome. Like this is what we're doing.
We're.
If you're not a part of this, you're going to get left behind and it might be too late.
