We would go through in our process and actually take a picture of the dog toys in the backyard and post a picture of the fence gate and be like, keep the gate closed. Reason being, we had a dog that got out out of the fence. He came out, barked at the crew, then took off through the back gate because the little girls didn't close it properly because they're little kids and they do stuff like that. And this. We spent three hours chasing this dog down, trying to figure out where this dog went. And so we built this process of making sure fences stayed closed. And a lot of our hero pages in our proposal talked about a lot of the proper protection that we're doing was to protect your pets. Our marketing and sales messaging factored in people with pets, and people with pets felt understood by the fact that we thought to bring this kind of stuff up. This is really hard to do. And as hard things go, when you do the hard things, you win because other people are less willing to do it.
