I truly think that you are going to see roofing companies get to $5, $10, $15 million with 1, 2, and 3 employees because there's gonna be so much opportunity for AI. But I want you to remember these 4 things when you're trying to think of where can AI work in my business. Like, I've heard all this stuff about AI, where can it work? These are the 4 things you wanna remember. 1, it happens a lot. So this thing, this task, it happens a lot. 2, it happens intermittently or sporadically. You don't know when it's going to happen. It happens a lot, but you don't know exactly when. 3 is low value activity. So it is not a high value thing for it to happen. So you usually have to pay a lower salaried person to do this thing. It's a low value activity. You don't have to be a genius to get it done. And 4, consequence of it being done wrong is high. You can have some human on and human in the loop steps to make it so that you can embrace this change without necessarily giving over full control to AI if you're not comfortable. So this can be an instant thing for some and a transitionary thing for others.
