Homeowners need to see and understand what you're presenting to them in order for them to feel capable of being confident in their own competence, their ability to make a decision. If you don't want homeowners to be saying, I need to think about it, you need to take away all the things they might need to think about. And annotated photos help you do that. When we take on a platform customer, a partner of rbp, and we create some kind of revenue growth guarantee, one of the pieces of the guarantee requires that 70% of your photos are annotated. And we do that because we know how big of of a difference it makes. The question then becomes, how do we make annotating photos easy? First of all, we need to create a choreographed sales conversation, which means using a inspection checklist. RBP has built an inspection checklist for you to use, so it's easy to add. If you don't already have a photo taking checklist, you can use this one. If you want to add that to your company, you can come into your settings and go into community checklists. And there's a bunch of different companies in here. We were like the first company in this and now everybody's got them. But we've actually been a companycam partner for years. I wonder if this still exists. I gotta check companycam.com RBP Yep, we still have our landing page. I've been the biggest advocate for CompanyCam since they came out. I've helped them develop new features. This software helped me out a ton of my roofing company and I just want to share it with everybody else. So when you go on a community checklist, you can look for them. Then you can see, oh, where's rbp? We're right here. You can come in here and add any of the checklists that we've made. Like, we've even got a vehicle inspection checklist. So you can add these to your library and then you can use them. Yeah. So a big thing is using the checklist to create this choreographed sales conversation. And the definition of choreographed is you're flipping through the pictures and you know what's coming next. When you're talking to the customer, you're flipping through company cam. This is me sliding on an iPad. You know, in your head, the order of pictures. I haven't taken a company cam picture project in years, but I can still visually remember. Front driveway, up here, around. Okay, back up, down on the roof, penetrations done. Like, I can remember that order in my head because I've done it the same way every time. It was choreographed. So moving forward, then, you want to make sure you have edit mode turned on. So in the settings in your company cam app, you can turn on a feature called edit mode. And this forces you to annotate every single photo as you take it. I want to show you guys what that looks like. Annotating photos. If I go here, I want to take my photos and go take a picture of my keyboard now see how that popped up the edit mode right there. All I want to be able to do edit my photo and say AC unit. Draw an arrow here. Cover with board. And the language that I use with homeowners is this is like my little visual work order. Right? Is what I tell homeowners. And it gives your customers a better sales experience. Is that when you share the timeline link prior to the appointment your customer gets to join in the experience. You have to say, hey, this is my visual work order. I'll be taking pictures on your roof. It brings your customer into the sales experience. It's very easy.
