If your CRM system doesn't have a mobile experience that's easy to use, there's a big, big problem. Think about the people that you're hiring today. They're younger, they're using Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook Messenger. They're used to technologies that are designed by billion dollar companies that are very mobile friendly. Then they come to work and they use this crappy, old, poorly designed system when they're out in the field and they don't have the emotional support of management take care of them and it's frustrating them. HubSpot has probably one of the best mobile apps in the business that takes everything into consideration due to the fact that they're a massive company. They very integrated into the iPhone and Android user interface system, which makes it very familiar to use. And they are coming up with the most innovative features before everybody else because if they see something good that some other company is using, they got 500 US based developers who are just going to copy it and put that feature into their system. And that's the kind of thing you're going to be looking for if you want to succeed in the 21st century with millennial employees. Tag your boss, he needs to hear this.
