I drove up to job sites and seen, like, the wind blew the tarp up against the front of the house because it looks like shit to the neighbors. And it pissed me off because I'm sitting there trying to convince the neighbors, go sell the neighbor a roof. And it's like, look how great our job sites being run. Wouldn't oh, yeah, it looks like garbage. You know, I hated that. I went to a roofing company in Wisconsin, and he went back three times to a site to pick glass out of the grass because the subs just tossed three glass skylights off the side of the house. They hit the ground, exploded into a million pieces as grass everywhere. And the homeowner kept calling to complain. You think she's ever sending her friends to you? No. They're never going to get a referral. It doesn't matter how good their Facebook ads are.
