The process has been so smooth, completely different than I thought. They've been so welcoming, they've been easygoing. They've helped us through some issues that we actually never really knew we had, nor we knew we were going to have to answer. It was kind of exciting on my end because we got clarification on some stuff a whole lot better than I thought it would be. I mean, it's just so clean cut. It walks us right through it.
