Adam Sand (speaker) describes how his team participates in up to one-hour "Level 10" meetings (similar to Traction/Entrepreneurial Operating System). During these meetings they work through identified issues, diagnose root causes, discuss and finalize solutions, and assign to-do lists. They also create a change log when systems change and produce training videos for implemented changes to support future growth.
We also attend up to a one hour level 10 meeting, similar to something you're going to see in traction. What we do in there is we actually work with you through your issues that you identify the root causes, discuss possible solutions, finalize a solution, then walk away the to do list and we walk away the to do list. To make the system better, create a change log of when your system changed so we can diagnose errors in the future, as well as provide you with a training video of the change that we made so that we can support you through your growth tag.
