With AI, you don't have to be a good leader. You have to be a good teacher. Because the best people who are working with AI are like the computer scientists, okay? The second best people at working with AI are CEOs, and I'll tell you why. Because you can talk to it at 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon. You can talk to it for 2 minutes or you can talk to it for 2 hours. And you can tell it to do it twice and it doesn't cry. So CEOs love AI. It's because it takes all that pressure of all that learned skill and ability of being a leader, and it takes all of that stress and pressure away And all they have to do is be action takers. And typically, CEOs and business owners are action takers. If you started a roofing company, you're an action taker, right? You wandered off into the foray and start a business because you're a high D personality probably, and you just went forth and conquered. That leadership part is a skill. All that empathy and having patience for people and grace and teaching and training and leading and supporting, that takes energy.
