Adam Sand breaks down whether Zuper could replace Arrivy, SumoQuote, and CompanyCam by combining scheduling, quoting, inventory, and billing. He notes Zuper has a HubSpot-like interface and some limitations, like difficulty swapping in PDFs, and flags a potential 50% price increase from SumoQuote as a reason contractors might switch platforms.

Do you think that Arrive is going to be replaced by Zooper? That is the big conversation going on. Zooper is basically the replacement for a Rivi company Cam Sumo quote, as well as inventory and billing type stuff is going to be smoother. And this thing actually gives us a really good opportunity to take three softwares, put them in one, have a more simplified thing. And because HubSpot bought it, the user interface of Zooper is just like HubSpot. I'm not telling you I have to switch. I'm just saying Sumo quotes, kind of forcing our hand a little bit. There's some limitations. Like you can't just like slide in a new PDF. And the original reason that we didn't do a Rivi was because the messaging and customer experience that Arrive you gave it didn't come back to HubSpot. So we met with Zooper and they had said, actually, we have a real replacement for your entire stack. And so then we're gonna have to go to our customers and basically say, okay, when Sumoquote drops the hammer on you and says they're gonna increase your price 50%, we have a pathway for you to go. And this is why you have RBP advocating and making decisions for you on your behalf.
