God's love and mercy last forever, but sorrow is temporary. When you're grieving, find a biblical truth to hold onto. Taking on the Lord's yoke brings an easy burden because God's support is constant and trustworthy.

One day you won't cry as much as you're crying right now. Been hearing that all day. Sorrow, sadness, and grief doesn't endure forever, but the Holy Spirit does empower us to grieve and be at peace at the same time. But one day, just know, You won't be crying forever. Sorrow does not endure forever. God's love and his mercy does. So if we can just find a truth to cling to as we walk through grief or sorrow or sadness, that's when we take the yoke of the Lord upon us, because his yoke is easy and his burden is always going to be light.
